Description of Work: Neat Sweep came in and cleaned my fireplace. They also inspected the fireplace which they found that I needed a new crown which had deteriorated and topper to prevent birds from flying inside of the chimney. Of course that was not included in the original price of $99. So that was the additional amount of $309. I was happy that they performed the service;now I can feel safe when I light my fireplace. I have lived 16 years in my home and I look forward to lighting my fireplace for the first time. | | | | | | |

Description of Work: They were very professional and courteous. They were right on time. First inspected the entire outside chimney and top cover. Then they came in doors and inspected the fireplace, flu and interior chimney and then completed a full sweep and cleaning of the interior chimney. Great job, very efficient and no mess. Great job.

Description of Work: The worker who came out to clean the chimney was professional, polite, very clear about repairs needed (including pictures to confirm) and took the time to be clear about what was needed, not needed but better to do than not and why,and a gentleman. They contacted me within 24 hours for scheduling, arrived on time, used booties on their shoes for floor protection, completed the work in a timely manner and gave guidance on frequency of cleanings based on our use pattern.
