I have used this company for about 15 years now. They charged a little more to clean your chimney in the winter. They laid down tarps to catch any mess and they never left any messes for me to clean up.

I had a problem with birds getting into my attic and he said he could fix it where they couldn t get in and nest. I have had no problems with the birds since he fixed it. I thought he did a wonderful job. He even told me if I could go out and buy the shield he would put it on for me for free. I thought that was very nice of him to offer. He did a great job cleaning our chimney out.
Description of Work: He cleaned my single chimney and added a protective shield on top of our roof.

I was impressed with how Neat Sweep cleaned my double chimney. It had to be hard to get up there. I was very satisfied with the ending results. I was comfortable with them around my home. They called before they came out and showed up on time. They did good work.
