Description of Work: The Maid to Sparkle cleaning crew did an excellent job. They were thorough and focused and accomplished everything that I asked them to. Also, the coordinator Jonathan is terrific to work with and very responsive. I will definitely use MTS again!!

Description of Work: Jonathan coordinated the initial cleaning including determining cost and scheduling. The ladies who arrived to do the cleaning were very nice, polite and professional. They arrived at noon when I expected them between 11-11:30 but I was home for the day and it wasn't any issue for me. They were thorough in deep cleaning yet worked quickly. I have scheduled them to come again and would recommend this service.

Got an email from Angie's list the next day "Recently you purchased $89 For Four Man-hours Of Housecleaning, Plus 10 Windows Cleaned, order number: 809970, and Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc should have contacted you at your My Messages inbox by now to schedule an appointment. |Have you heard from Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc? Let us know if we can be of assistance in scheduling your service." ... I clicked on the box in the email indicating I had not heard of them. A week later, I inquired again, and "Charles D" from Angie's list said "Thank you for your response, I am very sorry but I do not have record of your previous e-mail. However, I have asked our Big Deal team to reach out to this provider, to see if we can't help you schedule a time for your service. I am very sorry for this inconvenience." On Aug 19, Christopher Jones (Angie's list) emailed me and said "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Big Deal purchase. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had getting in touch with Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc. I wanted to let you know that I have contacted the company on your behalf via email. I explained the situation, provided your contact information, and requested that they please give you a call as soon as possible. I hope you hear from Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc soon. Please let me know if you still do not receive a call or email from Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc. I will be more than happy to either contact the service provider again on your behalf or issue you a full refund as long as no services have been rendered. After a month of hearing nothing from Maid To Sparkle or Angie's List, I sent a note on Sep 19 to Christopher Jones saying, "Almost a month later and i have not heard anything about this. Can i get my money back? I am not sure i want to deal with Maid to Sparkle's apparently poor customer service." On Sep 23, Christopher Jones emailed me: "Hi Mark, Thank you for getting back to me and I am sorry for my delay. I'm very sorry to hear that the offer hasn't worked out with Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc, but we are happy to provide you with a refund for the purchase. Please click on the link below or paste it into your web browser to be directed to our refund request form. We will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your response. If we can be of any assistance in redeeming your deal, or locating another deal please let us know. We would love to help! ... I am very happy that I was able to get my money back, but I am obviously less than impressed with Maid To Sparkle's responsiveness. | |PS: I put a fake date of Aug 19 in the mandatory "Approximate Service Date" field because I have never had any contact with the provider, but I presume that Christopher Jones had contact with them per his email to me on Aug 19.
