Excellent. They made the house “sparkle”.

They did a good job. Rental was clean prior but all surfaces needed to be wiped down again, especially the floors and counters. 1350 sqft. Able to clean within a few days and good communicators.

Haven't been on Angie's list in a loooong time, and this was still pending. but they were on time and got a lot done, it was a pretty long time since anyone had cleaned this place.

No problems. Owner is very responsive and staff performance was great. Cleaning crew came prepared, stayed on task and were pleasant.

We have used this cleaning company for months and were pretty happy until a few weeks ago. The cleaners were only at our house for fifty minutes and it was hardly cleaned. We took pictures and called Jonathan the owner right away. Weeks have gone by and he refuses to call us back. We have left messages, sent texts and fb messenger (where we can see they have been read) with no response. We deserve a refund for the cleaning we paid for that didn't get done. Never dealt with a business that refuses to call us back. We have now heard this from multiple people who have used him before.

They used a string mop which just didn’t clean at all left spots, cat hair and dirt everywhere. Talked to their manager about using my dyson and power mop. They agreed. So I’m sure it will be great next time. Overall great!

The owner came quickly to give us a price and scheduled the cleaning for after I recovered and took back my medical equipment.

Went very well. Jonathan scheduled quickly for the requested day. Crew was on time and very energetic. Worked quickly to produce a thorough cleaning job. Team understood what was needed and quickly achieved desired results. Team members were personable. Only down note was that the timing of the job start had to be moved by about 2 hours; they still completed on day requested.

The ladies did an exellent job. I will continue using the service as they went above and beyond in cleaning my house.

Where they cleaned it was great. Unfortunately we found that glass shelves in the kitchen weren’t dusted and a few other items were overlooked. I would use them again but be more specific regarding my expectations.

The cleaning was quite good and the service manager who scheduled was superior. Our only disappointment was that there was one woman who can to clean by herself and complained about our house under her breath the entire time. It was really rude.

This was my best Angie's list experience thus far. Immediately after I purchased the $129 special I was contacted to schedule the cleaning. The two folks arrived right on time and worked very hard the entire 3 hours. I would highly recommend these guys.

While the crew were running late, they did notify me and upon arrival immediately began cleaning.

They worked for me for quite a while, once a month. I had a hard time pinning them down to a regular time that worked for me, as I did not want to leave the house unlocked. The last few months there was quite a bit of turnover in the staff, so we would have to show new folks where and what to work on. The last time, they confirmed with me the day before as to day, time, and that one of the workers had been there before. No one came. No one called. No one answered either or text or phone message.

It couldn't have gone any better! The team was fantastic. I would highly recommend them and would use them again, but I've moved out of the area!!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! Communication was thorough - Quick responses to my emailed queries, 3 reminder calls before the scheduled service date, and a post cleaning follow-up call to make sure I was completely satisfied. Additionally, when I needed to change our initially scheduled service less than 24 hours prior to the date/time, he rescheduled me without charging me any extra fees or just saying, "No". Joy and Christie were the ladies who provided the service and they were wonderful! After showing them my primary needs, I also game them a list of secondary items I needed if they had time left over. They were easy to talk to, friendly, asked questions to determine exactly what I wanted, said they didn't think they'd having any trouble getting all the items on both lists done and went straight to work. I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly they accomplished each task. They finished everything on both my lists within the 3 hour period and the job did was exceptional.
