Description of Work: After having a floor taken up (very messy lots of dust) and a new floor installed this company was to clean the house - removing dust and cleaning so that painting could begin. The crew that arrived had not received any instructions from their dispatch so they were unprepared and stated "we don't do this type of work, we're not allowed". The crew the company provided did clean some but not all of what was to be cleaned and dusted. My wife did most of the work instead.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for four hours of housecleaning that included ten windows cleaned. I was fairly disappointed in Maid To Sparkle. The owner was nice enough but the girls broke a dish the first day then tore a hole in the carpet on my back stairs the next visit. The company paid for it to be repaired but you can still see where the damage occurred. Twice I had to call and complain about streaks on the floors and surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms. I used them 7 times from 3/2013 to 7/3013 before giving up. Granted I am picky but they don’t deserve any higher than a “C”.

Description of Work: They started cleaning the moment they came in and worked non-stop for 2 hours. |they were pleasant,quiet, and hard-working.

Description of Work: Very flexible when scheduling appointment. However, on day of service, showed up at house without calling and without a scheduled time. One of the maids was on her phone for a large portion of the cleaning time. Tub was not cleaned well. Overall, looked okay, but not as good as it should have looked given that a professional cleaning service did the work. Will not be using this service again.

Description of Work: We contacted Maid to Sparkle to come clean our house at the last minute for a party. They were extremely responsive, they were able to work us in and they were wonderful! We will definitely be using them again!

Description of Work: Extremely professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful. They're a little out of my budget for weekly/monthly cleaning, but worth the cost. I will definitely hire them again when I need a cleaner.

Description of Work: The cleaners cleaned our place fairly thoroughly in the order that we had asked them to. The only issue was that they came a few hours later than we were expecting them and I had to call John in this regard. But everything went well once they arrived.

Description of Work: There were two ladies who came out and cleaned for 2 hours. They did an excellent job with the kitchen and bathrooms but I wasn't satisfied with the dusting. I had to redo some of the furniture. I did call and speak to the owner and he told me he would send someone out for one free hour of cleaning but I never did it because it wasn't worthwhile. Overall, they did a good job but weren't able to clean my whole house in 2 hours and didn't have enough time to devote to general cleaning, i.e, dusting, etc.

Description of Work: It was a standard housecleaning. Two people were here for about three hours, and the work they did was fine. There was not a lot of detail work done, just an overall cleaning. It was fine for the price, but I don't even remember what the cost of the service was.
