Description of Work: I can't say that I *wouldn't* use them again, but I wasn't given a choice for "maybe." I must admit my house is a disaster and difficult at best for an agency to clean. One thing I was really impressed with was one of the maids was very knowledgable about different types of furnishings. (I have a painted leather table that she discovered w/o my direction.) Most other things they did well, but according to their "menu" certain things--like wiping walls--is extra.

Description of Work: Signed up for special deal for 4 man hours of house cleaning. Scheduling the service went well; they were very communicative. They sent 2 maids and they were very professional, courteous and hard working. Since it was 2 maids they were scheduled to work 2 hours. They did a very through job. The house has not been this clean in a while. The only negative, and it is a small one, was that an hour and 45 minutes into the work they informed me that they would not be able to finish the whole house in 2 hours and asked if I would like to just stop at the 2 hours or keep going until the whole house was cleaned. I was so pleased with the work done so far, that I chose to keep going, but it would might have been nice to have the option up front to skip some services and clean the whole house in 2 hours or pay the extra for the thorough cleaning.

Description of Work: The ladies arrived 15 min late & then sat in their car in my driveway for another 10 min. They never even got around to washing my kitchen floor. One lady took my bedroom & bath, the other took my main bath and livingroom. The lady who mopped my main bath left the dirt & doghair to dry on my floor & never picked it up. She also moved & dusted items on my countertops, including an area I told her not to do. And she was constantly emitting an exhale like she was tired. In my bedroom, many items were missed in the dusting; it was like every other picture frame and every other drawer or bedpost was not dusted. At one point, the lady in the bedroom called the lady working on the kitchen in to my bedroom. After 10 minutes, I went to check on them and they were standing in my master bath just talking. When I asked if everything was OK, they said 'yes' and went back to work for 1/2 hr. The one lady returned to the kitchen, after dusting in front of a few things in my livingroom, and the other lady came from the bedroom to work in the livingroom & finish dusting tops of tables and vacuum. | They were scheduled to work from 1-3 PM, however, even though they arrived almost 1/2 hr. late, they informed me at 3 PM that it was time for them to go and they started loading up their car. I mentioned that they had not come in til almost 1:30 and that my kitchen floor was not mopped and they told me that their time was up and they had to go. Since my kitchen is the busiest room in my house, and the floor was not mopped (it was somewhat swept, but I still stepped on crumbs that they missed), I was not happy. The ladies just took their items to their car & loaded them and left, not asking if they had missed anything or asking if I needed anything else - even though I had told them I needed the kitchen floor mopped. Once I started checking around my house, I found items that had not been dusted, items not moved to dust, etc. When the owner called to check on the job, I told him about all the items they missed and how disappointed I was (I have a 5x7" sheet full of items not done). He offered me a re-clean in the future for half price ($40) with another team, but I have not taken him up on that yet. He stated that he tells the girls to do the bathrooms and kitchen first and then go & do the bedrooms and livingrooms. I'm not sure if I am going to take advantage of the re-clean offer. I definitely would not recommend them as what took them 4 manhours to do, I can usually get done in 2 hrs.

Description of Work: The owner came out to perform a walk through of the home and gather any special instructions from me, detailed their services and described their staff, hours, etc. I had requested a copy of their certificate of insurance for my records, he willingly provided it. The staff arrived promptly, were very friendly and polite. They went a straight to work, clearly had reviewed the notes on details/ Expectations shared with the owner previously. They worked hard the entire time on property. Everything looked great following. Set them up on a repeat basis each month.

Description of Work: They cleaned way more than I ask. And I mean got down on the floor and scrubed. It was awesome.

Description of Work: Received four hours of cleaning from two individuals who worked extremely hard and without a break. Jonathon, the owner, always calls and follows up, very courteous. We will use them in the future.

Description of Work: They were very nice but didn't do any deep cleaning. Plus they were going to leave 15 minutes early and I had to ask them to stay and vacuum the basement. They were professional but not thorough.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal providing 4 hours of cleaning service for $80, a great deal. Cleaning team was very nice and courteous. They focused on the areas we wanted cleaned. The attention to detail was not as high as I would think for a company that should be trying to win my business for future jobs. Toilets were becoming dirty within a week due to lack of under the bowl rim srubbing. Overall I would give the service a B- rating. I've had other cleaning service before that did better jobs that focused on the details.

Description of Work: I have a monthly service agreement with this group. My house is small and the girls do a thorough cleaning each time. Johnathan is very prompt with follow up and the girls are always on time and professional!

Description of Work: Cleaned my house and did a fantastic job. Very pleasant, and will accommodate you as best as they can, however they don't stand on ladders, etc,......for insurance purposes. Must schedule time according to tasks, and they will allot time needed and adjust charges accordingly. I really recommend them.

Description of Work: My father needed assistance with cleaning the basement apartment in our home. They were quick to respond and the staff works very well with my father. Also have hired them to clean some of my living space as well. Staff is friendly and does a great job!
