Once hired, no new Maid To Sparkle team member may work in clients' homes without extensive training. Each new employee is required to attend a comprehensive maid service training program. All rooms that were requested to be cleaned were done exceptionally/adequately/appropriately, with exception of one. Not sure if time was the issue with this one room. 3000 sq. foot home with 4 full baths. Overall, very happy. Will definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: Cleaning women sent were not professional cleaners. They did not clean the items I asked to have cleaned which were blinds, floors, and bathrooms. I spent approximately 10 -15 minutes with them explaining what I wanted done. At several points I came back and asked that they do items that were obviously not cleaned. They said they would take care of it but failed to do so. I would never use this service again nor would I recommend it.

Description of Work: I can't say that I *wouldn't* use them again, but I wasn't given a choice for "maybe." I must admit my house is a disaster and difficult at best for an agency to clean. One thing I was really impressed with was one of the maids was very knowledgable about different types of furnishings. (I have a painted leather table that she discovered w/o my direction.) Most other things they did well, but according to their "menu" certain things--like wiping walls--is extra.
