Description of Work: They were quite late the first time but have been spot on since. We were given a discount for the next visit to make up for the tardiness. They are polite and professional, and get things really clean even though we have 2 dogs. I have hired them to come on a biweekly schedule to continue cleaning for me.

Description of Work: Cleaned home on a 4 hour big deal. My house was spotless when they were finished. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: 6 total man hours (3 hours each with 2 people) of deep cleaning and a great job! We had fallen behind on our deep cleaning due to a new baby and our ever-shedding dog, and they did a great job of cleaning top to bottom 2 floors of our home. Used the package that includes 20 windows and everything that we requested to be cleaned was done in the allotted time. Both ladies were professional and courteous and added little details like folding a baby blanket and hanging it nicely on the side of the crib. Great job, we will certainly use again!

Description of Work: The team always wanted to come early and leave as fast as they could. Signed up for once a month cleaning, supposed to do a little extra for this service but someone forgot to tell their staff. Tried several times and gave feedback to the team each time, they never got it. Johnathon in the office is very nice and tried to help but it was too late and not enough help.

Description of Work: The owner, Jonathan, and his office manager Lynda, are super. I had them contracted for two 'move-out ' cleans of houses in Richmond. Both of these houses were rentals that had been occupied by students. So they were pretty dirty. |I expected the cleaners to show up, get right to work and be industrious and focused. It was a lot of work, but as long as they were making progress, I was willing to pay them for as long as it took, by the hour. |I don't think that these were very experienced cleaners. They showed up in flip-flop shoes. They didn't bring food or drinks for themselves. They spent a lot of time on their phones on personal issues. I had to keep walking in on them to interrupt their conversations. This is a point where it would have been nicer to have had a non-English speaking crew, just so I wouldn't have to listen to their whining about the mess. FGS, this is their job!! |I got the feeling that I definitely got the 'D' team, not the 'A' team. |After a call to the office, they definitely shaped up, and then the office sent over another team that had completed their job. I walked around with the new team leader and pointed out stuff that was obvious to me (dirty switch plates, floor molding, etc). She had most of it addressed. What killed me in the end was the quality of the 'mop' they used. I even sent a photo of it to the office manager, and she seemed to think it was sufficient. This was basically an overgrown swiffer, that had been cut into strips and stuck on the end of a pole. It had no scrubbing factor or ability to pick up dirt. A brush on a stick would have been more effective. The floors look like no one had touched them, and I saw them 'mopping' but with this extremely ineffective tool. Sigh. |
