Description of Work: I hadn't had my house professionally cleaned in a long time. The overall impact when I came home from work was wonderful but, as time went by, I started noticing things that I think ought to have been done, ie ceiling fans, bathroom mirror, top of a bureau. I don't know how to really assess them because I haven't used anyone in a long time. However, when I talked to my sister, who has regular housecleaning done, she told me things that her lady does on a regular basis that weren't done when Maid to Sparkle cleaned my house. Jonathan did call right after the cleaning was done and told me that if I wasn't satisfied with anything, he would send someone out to finish the job. With the holidays and all, I just didn't have the time or energy to do that. I am going to go with the woman who cleans my sister's house.

Description of Work: The house looked great, but when you looked closely, areas above eye level were not cleaned. Windows were not cleaned, but were marked clean. I needed deep cleaning. It was very good surface clean, but I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail (light switches were not cleaned, nor were picture frames and appliances on countertops.)

Description of Work: Maid to Sparkle exceeded |Y expectations of a cleaning company. They showed up on time and gave my home a deep cleaning, beyond what I would normally do. They were also very courteous.

Description of Work: I had a client who needed to have the property they were listing for sale certain items cleaned before new carpet went in and other things afterwards. This worked out perfectly. The cleaners were very attentive and listened to my needs and carried out my instructions accurately and thoroughly. The owner is very professional and attentive and I will not hesitate to use Sparkle Cleaning again in the future!

Description of Work: One young lady was awesome, had pride in her work, seemed very concerned about quality and was very professional. The other girl went through the motions. The first girl was actually going back over her work. Very disappointed, felt like a waste of money. Was moving out of state the next day so I didn't pursue it.
