Description of Work: They did a very through job cleaning the house focusing on the areas we specified for moving out. I only wish that I had gotten the 6 hour clean, as they went over the 2 hours. No fault of their own. They were doing exactly what we asked for and a fridge cleaning takes a lot of time. The ladies were professional and courteous. I would work with them again! And Jonathan is wonderful to work with as well.

Description of Work: asked the 2 cleaners to clean the oven and refrigerator but no work was done. I was not present at the time of cleaning. I asked them to clean as much as time allotted for the service I paid for. I think I mentioned not to clean or vacuum the carpets as they were being removed the following week. I did specifically ask for the oven and refrigerator to be cleaned before we moved in the following week but it seems that never got done. I am not sure what they cleaned but I noticed no significant difference.

Description of Work: They did a great job on what they cleaned! Unfortunately the time spent rearranging things and folding towels, washcloths and the ends of toilet paper would have been better spent making the bed before they ran out of their alloted time. If you like the fancy touches, I highly recommend them. For me I had to spend time putting some things back the way I like them.
