Description of Work: First question they asked was what specific areas do you want focused on. I appreciated that so as not to waste time on unnecessary areas.

Description of Work: I've hired Maid-to-Sparkle twice for a move-out clean in two stages (once for the prep, once on final move-out day). As with all vendors, you have to help divide the labor appropriately into work you can do (and should do to your standard) and work you can reasonably expect someone else to do. In all areas, except perhaps dusting of hard-to-reach or non-obvious surfaces (baseboards), Maid-to-Sparkle's teams did a very good job -- just be ready to provide direction and follow-up to facilitate completion to your satisfaction. The dispatch service was also very good in coordination and followup survey.

Description of Work: Maid to Sparkle did an overall cleaning of my home . The women were very thorough in what they were able to get done. With my home size I should have purchased more time, toward the end the women were rushing to complete the job. I will use the service again.

Description of Work: Upon arriving at our house it was obvious that these 2 ladies didn't know much about cleaning. First off their cleaning supplies they had brought were horrible! My house reeked of dirty mop smell, bathrooms were hardly touched ex. nothing was moved out of the way to thoroughly clean countertops. In short it was the WORST cleaning company I have ever used! |They were hired for 3 hours and one of the cleaners wanted to leave early because she felt they were done! Both were done fast because it was a horrible job. In short, we had family arriving that night and we had to clean the entire house again. What a absolute waste of money. To make matters worse, the owner/manager of the company didn't want to refund our money back only send new cleaners. Why in the heck would I want them to come back, so we can clean up after them all over again? Absolutely Not!!

Description of Work: Cleaning the areas around the house per my request. I was preparing for a party and had done much of the cleaning myself, but they were more than willing to take care of whatever area I needed.

Description of Work: I wanted my entire house cleaned. It was really dirty. I paid $80 for 2 people, 2 hours. T h ey spent 11/2 hr. upstairs. Then I was told I would need to buy an extra hr. For $50, which I agreed to. My living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, and downstairs bathroom to be done in 11/2 hrs. I needed my kitchen floor scrubbed, not wet mopped. Didn't happen. They did not move or try to vacuum under chairs and couches. One of the girls kept reminding me how much time was left, and they were gone on the mark. They arrived 1/12 hrs. late. The receptionist was very nice over the phone, and did not charge me the extra $50. She also said that one of the girls was pregnant and had allergies!. Said she would not send her to my house again. I do have a lot of clutter, but cleaned a lot of it up. And I didn't even have them clean my bedroom at all. |

Description of Work: they were almost 2 hours late and did not call to let me know. Then they spent 4 hours cleaning 3 1/2 bathrooms. Other then wiping down the kitchen that was the only thing they did and the job they did on the bathrooms was very poor. I have used this company before without any complaint and I did not contact them to let them know my feelings regarding their service but never again!!
