Two ladies arrived for the Angie's Bid Deal package, and came to perform service which had been unsatisfactory by earlier cleaning teams from two different organizations. We had some residual problems that had been left previously, as well as the usual for the current visit. The two ladies did the normal cleaning, and in our opinion went beyond the "usual" in providing extras which made an excellent impression on us. When they finished, they checked out with us and left us with a positive impression of this service, their staff, and the overall customer interaction.

I would have liked to have known the time of their arrival prior to the day before but this was a small point in the overall picture. If I were in a position to secure a company on a regular basis, I would certainly give Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Service a very strong consideration.

First crew did not do a good job. Hpowever, a second crew was sent the next day and they did an outstanding job. Very cordial. I think the first crew was worn out, maybe.

The manager at Maid To Sparkle maintained great communication with me (although seemed to prefer to call at 7pm, which is a little late and is often dinner time) and walked me through the process. He addressed an on-site miscommunication with the cleaners promptly, and put my happiness ahead of their typical business processes, which goes a long way in my book. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, although it was a sort of boilerplate cleaning and not a deep clean or custom clean ? both of which the manager assured me they could and would provide for me as a repeat customer in the future. I think Maid To Sparkle is trying to make customer service a main business priority, and that will probably win them my business in the future.

They arrive when they said and remained until the job was completed. They were very courteous and pleasant. I have no complaint!

It went great and I will be re-scheduling with them in the future.

Two young ladies came to the house at the prescribed time. They were prepared with their cleaning tools and potions. They asked what I wanted done. Got right to work and worked steadily for two hours. They were most pleasant and delightful in their demeanor. Jonathan, the supervisor called to let me know when they would here, again to see if they got here on time, again when they left to see if the work satisfactory.

Maid To Sparkle comes highly recommended by me for the superiority of their end-to-end service. This began with the initial call to setup the service. I spoke with the owner of the company himself to discuss our needs, and schedule his staff to come out to the home. We've had other cleaning services in our homes, and always felt that there was "the one thing left undone," that we'd realize after they'd left. In the case of MTS, we were blown away with the level of detail paid to the work, and the thoroughness of our clean. The staff came in (and they were extremely nice as well) and immediately began work in the areas WE specified, in OUR priority. This was essential because in the past, we've had cleaning companies tell us what their list is and we'd have to comply with a "standard" cleaning based on that list. This was a relief to be able to take the time we paid for and divy it up among the rooms in our home we felt needed the most attention. The attention to detail included baseboards, blinds and fixtures. Pristine!! I would recommend Maid To Sparkle to anyone seeking any manner of cleaning for their home.

We obtained this service to help with cleaning for Thanksgiving. Jonathan contacted me immediately once we purchased the deal. There was a bit of confusion in setting up the service but I take as much responsibility for that. Two housecleaners came at appointed time and provided "whole house cleaning." They were professional, courteous and efficient. Whole house means whole house. They cleaned bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms including changing sheets, etc. We are completely satisfied and very pleased that we still have 12 hours of cleaning service remaining.

The Maid to Sparkle team did a terrific job cleaning the hardwood floors, and carpeting in my house. Additionally they got rid of all the cobwebs, and scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom. The house looked and smelled great when they were done! My experience with Maid to Sparkle was really great. To be perfectly honest, my house was in rough shape when I called Jonathan after my tenant left suddenly... I almost felt bad even asking people to come tackle it, but when I returned after the cleaning team was done it was like a completely different house! The floors and baseboards were noticeably cleaner and the sinks and fixtures were practically sparkling. The whole house smelled great and they even took out their garbage for me. I also appreciated how well they communicated with me about how much extra services like cleaning the refrigerator would cost and warning me if they would need more time to complete the job & how much the extra time would cost. I thought it was nice Jonathan called me the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely use Maid to Sparkle again!

Jonathan and crew are great. They are very accomodating and all very professional. I have never had another cleaning service...and honestly never care to.

Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services were very, very good. We were pleased with them. They were outstanding. They did a really good job. Very professional and very good with follow up. I would recommend them highly. There is no question that I would use them again.

I have had some remodeling work done including dry wall repair. As a result the downstairs was pretty dusty from the sanding dust and neglect. I needed to get the house cleaned up before the holidays. I bought a coupon through Angie List for 4 hrs of cleaning from Maid to Sparkle. I expected to get the downstairs cleaned. When I came home the downstairs was spotless and they even got upstairs, which is also spotless. The service was fantastic! The house is clean, smells good and the service was way more than I expected. I couldn't have asked for a better service from top to bottom. Setting up the schedule was easy, I was clear as to when they were going to come. Everyone was polite and efficient. The cleaners were detailed in what they did, I can't say enough about the experience. Highly recommend them and will use them again. I had a very pleasant experience. That doesn't happen often when dealing with people. Thanks to all of you at Maid to Sparkle.

Two ladies came to clean. They arrive 1/2 hour later than arranged. They did an adequate job, but were ready to leave after 1/1/2 hours. I had to direct them to finish the time purchased.

Jonathan called to confirm the evening before the appointment. The people showed up on time and focused on the rooms we had specified. We had a follow-up meeting with Jonathan a week later. He was genuinely interested in our feedback. We told him about areas that could have used a little more attention but it was in general it was a very positive experience. We have subsequently arranged to have them come on a regular basis.

I gave them a prioritized list of what I wanted done. They did a really good job of cleaning my hardwood floor. They were timely and clean. They did give me the impression they could complete my list in the two hours but they were able to clean the majority of what I wanted done. The most important things were completed well. One or two little items were not addressed because they ran out of time. However, it is a none issue.

Overall it was a good experience.

They were wonderful and did everything that I asked, and more. I am using them again this month. It was wonderful.

I used Maid to Sparkle through a Living Social voucher that I purchased. They cleaned well, but they did not stay the entire time, as represented in the voucher. They left 45 minutes early. More cleaning could have been done. Also, one of the maids REAKED of cigarette smoke. When they were finished, they left without asking me whether they could do more or whether they did everything to my satisfaction. All other maid services that I've used always asked me to inspect and make sure they did everything properly. I would not use them again as it appeared they were in a hurry to leave the house.

They are very punctual, and they really work very hard. I can tell them I want them to concentrate on the bathroom or something and they take my instruction and they also ask for what I want. They were here for four hours for the amount I paid them. We’ve had them for about four or five times now and they’re usually here three to four hours. I would use them again in the future.

After rotator cuff surgery, I needed a maid service because I was unable to perform any household duties. Jonathan Bergstein did come to our home for an estimate. We agreed on a price and date/time when services would be performed. The cleaning personnel did show up the first time, but after the initial visit and they were more comfortable/familiar with the duties they seemed to be later and later. At one point, she called and said she would be early, which I was fine with. However, two hours later thay finally arrived without an explanation why they were late. A card was left each week for comments on work performed. Apparently if I had any negative comments about something that was not cleaned or improperly cleaned, she took it personally and "copped" an attitude. Mr. Bergstein contacted me to advise me he was raising the price because of the time spent cleaning our home. On several occasions, they did not clean a bedroom on my instructions simply because it is not used and did not need cleaned every week - giving them a break. I believe the personnel was not being truthful to the employer about the length of time spent cleaning our home. Not only that, she stated she would be willing to clean without Mr. Bergstein's knowledge - not honest! Also, they were given an monetary bonus on a few occasions over and above what the employer was paying them as an incentive to do a great job. The last time they came to clean, they were late and spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning at a charge of $75.00. Raising the price for sub-par work is not acceptable. All of the servcices they were to perform were not done as stated. The work was O.K., but not worth raising the weekly fee.
