Although I wasn't home where the cleaning was done my wife was pretty satisfied. She did ask for the same thing several times and wasn't completely satisfied the first time but several times afterwards it seemed to get better.

I believe the scoring above more than provides the information necessary for others to make a decision as to our satisfaction with their performance. The maids who attended to our home became very much like family. Very highly recommended allowing us an experience far above what we had previously "thought" was good service. For the cost of $80 per every two weeks, the value far outweighed the investment.

It went wonderfully. The women were very thorough and professional and aimed to please. They certainly did! I pointed out one hard-to-reach area that had been neglected by previous cleaners, and they got to it!

Work performed was excellent, company was friendly and professional, work done efficiently. Really enjoyed having them at the House to complete this project.

Very pleased. This is an excellent company to do business with. I used them many times and every time my home is spotless. And I'm hard to please.

It wasn't mopped, there were still drink rings on the top. Nothing was wiped off or cleaned out like they said they would. The windows were dusty, crumbs were left out. The fridge was done, however they forgot a drawer in the fridge. They told us it would take more time and money to finish everything so we had to pay an extra $30 after. Nothing was clean. We honestly don't know what they did aside from having the bathroom cleaned.

They have been very good. I have had them out here twice.

A great job cleaning everything in the house to get it ready for a new tenant to move in. The main areas I was focused on were the bathrooms, kitchen, and hard floors; all of which looked great when they finished. It definitely beat me cleaning the entire house and they finished is less than three hours. I would definitely recommend Maid to Sparkle and they were also quick to schedule with the time frame I had available.

They were reasonably. They did a good job, not great. I could use them again, no big deal. Everything is fine.

I was not at all impressed with the cleaning job that was done. Several jobs on the checklist that the cleaners said were done were very obviously not done. There was still dust on blinds and hardwood floors. The kitchen cabinets were not wiped out as they said they would be. The positive thing I can say about Maid to Sparkle is their customer service in resolving an issue. I was promptly refunded half of what I paid for the cleaning job. Jonathan was very accommodating and professional and clearly wanted to resolve any conflict. Someone even came back to the house to inspect some places where I was concerned about what products were used. Sadly, I cannot say I would hire this company again.

Cleaners were accommodating and polite. Could have used additional attention to dusting but overall, pleased.

Two ladies came to our home and did a wonderful job. They were thorough and efficient. I had to stop them about and hour in because my elderly mother wanted to nap. They asked if they could vacuum her floor quickly to which I agreed. They came and got me about 10 minutes later and they had not only vacuumed but made her bed and finished dusting her things. After I got her settled they quietly cleaned her bathroom. So very considerate. I will have them back again.

Jonathan came by the house at the time we agreed to give me a quote. I thought the quote was reasonable and hired them. Amber and Juanita arrived at the appointed time, were friendly and professional and got right to work. They did an excellent job. Jonathan called me during the evening after the cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. A nice touch I thought. I look forward to using them on a regular basis.

Not as competent. There were some obstacles in their way and they ended up breaking little plastic things and stuff like that. I don't fault them very much for that. It was really difficult. It was just a holder for shade or something like that.

I bought a package online for a COMPLETE move-out deep cleaning of my rental home that the owner, Jonathan recommended. Jonathan was quick to respond to my request, booked me immediately and we arranged for the cleaners to come to the empty house on Friday afternoon, December 9th. I did not stay as the cleaners did their work. I specifically asked for a deep cleaning on the fridge and they did an awesome job on that. But when I returned Saturday morning to inspect before I had to turn my keys back to the landlord, I discovered the toilet bowl in the downstairs bath had not been touched, the walk-in shower in the master bath's tiled floor had not been touched and there were crumbs all along the baseboard on the floor in the kitchen. Horribly disappointed. I contacted Jonathan by text on Monday 12/12 and sent photos to him that day, and he apologized for this mishap and offered up either additional free time with cleaners at my new home, or a partial refund. Since I travel for work and had no idea when I would require local cleaning services, I opted for the refund. Again, this was on December 12th. I provided my new address at that time. On January 5th, I asked what was going on with the refund check. I again verified my new address with Jonathan at that time. He indicated he would check on that and get back to me. Nothing. I asked again on January 1th. He indicated that he had mailed out the check previously and had to put a stop payment on the check since it appeared to be "lost" and he had mailed it out again the day before (Monday, the 10th). I confirmed via text (which I still have all of these texts, BTW) that he mailed on Monday and he said YES. Here it is 5 days later - no check. I live in a townhouse community where the mail is delivered to a large LOCKED community box and I have a key for my personal mail slot. Jonathan said today, 1/13, that he would check with me today and if I had not received, he would personally drive the check over to me. I have had ZERO issues getting mail from anyone and have even received time sensitive material to my new address, which I have had a key to since December 8th, with no issues. For being a brand new customer, this is beyond the pale of what I expected. Wanting the services I paid for performed as expected and a timely refund of funds when they didn't perform the job is not too much to ask. Needless to say, this will NOT be a company I do business with again nor will I recommend to anyone

The owner came out to best understand my needs and give an exact quote for cleaning. We worked together to match me with an awesome team. They represent the company well and are responsive to my requests when they come. Very professional.

Many problems with the workers, the company couldn't keep them & the ones they had engaged in illegal activities. One of the workers told me that they went to Walmart where her counterpart stole several games/Dvd's....another time the workers walked out with my floor steamer! They returned it 2 weeks later, obviously used...

They are a great company, I've used them for a couple years. I found them though Angie's List a couple years ago by purchasing a deal, and I've been using them ever since. Johnathan, the owner, is very kind, user friendly and professional.

They were great. My house hasn't been that clean since the day I moved in.

They were very responsive and flexible as I had to reschedule (with notice) and we had access issues one day. I plan to use them in the future.

Every time I used them, they did a good job. They weren't excellent but they did good. They did what they said they were going to do. They didn't do anything more than that. They could have done a little extra. As soon as they cleaned, I went back and there was still dust. I could tell they went average but it didn't feel like they did anything extra. I could tell that they had been by there but didn't necessarily get everything. They did window cleaning but they didn't do it all.
