Jonathan and his team do very good work. They were great about scheduling... arrived a few minutes early and did a good job quickly. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them w/o hesitation.

I called and scheduled a time that worked for me and they came and cleaned. Very simple, actually.

Jonathan worked with me on a date and described exactly what would occur. Two women arrived on time and proceeded to clean like crazy, non-stop for two hours. The place looked great, smelled great. I will definitely use the service on a continuing basis.

Cleaning lady was very friendly and thorough. She even stayed a little late to finish what she told us she would do.

Two representatives cleaned the entire house with special emphasis on the kitchen, bathroom including floors. Also damp-mopped all the hardwood floors. I was truly impressed at what a thorough job they did. The were friendly, pleasant and worked quickly. The snow canceled our original Wed. date but they were willing to do it on Sunday. I highly recommend them and look forward to seeing them again.

I am a real estate agent, and needed a condo in downtown Richmond cleaned before listing it. I hired this company, and they were lets just say 'overly' attentive to my needs, with excellent communication and follow up. Jonathan was easy to reach, and the cleaning ladies that I met at the condo came EARLY, and were pleasant and cleaned as I had wanted. I would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable cleaning service!

It went very well, good job with bathrooms, dusting could have been a little more thorough but it was a large job for the amount of time they had.

Owner seemed a little unorganized when I first called, but he was able to get his ladies to my house that same week, which was important because I am only in the house part time. They showed up on time and went right to work. I got them started, then went back to work. They locked up, and it was so nice to walk into a clean house!

Overall service was very satisfactory. Jonathan (the manager I spoke to on the phone) was friendly and professional. Arranged for cleaning on an agreeable date. Called the night before to confirm and set the time for 9:00.The two-person crew was about 35 minutes late, but it didn't matter as I was home for the day. They were friendly and professional as well. Spent about an hour and fifty minutes on the upstairs (three bedrooms and two full baths), then mentioned time was running short and asked what I wanted them to focus on downstairs in the remaining time. Stayed about 30-35 minutes longer than the two hours (for which I tipped them). There were a few small items they didn't have time to do downstairs, but again, I only purchased two hours of cleaning and got 2.5 hours. Jonathan called me that evening for feedback - I returned the call the next day and left a message that I was satisfied but they ran out of time. Jonathan immediately called me back and offered additional cleaning, which I declined as I didn't want to take advantage and felt I got my money's worth. He gave me a quote for a monthly cleaning at $125, which I am considering. I felt the ladies who came to clean were hadrworking and trustworthy - an important consideration when you let folks into your home more or less unsupervised. I would recommend them.

I have been trying to get ahold of them for over two weeks now. They have no voicemail, the phone just rings and rings - no one picks up. They may be overwhelmed, but they should have an answering machine at least. I am now in the process of getting a refund through Angie's List for the Big Deal.

I bought the deal over 3 weeks ago and I had to set it for 3 consecutive Fridays for Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc and just this past Friday, they were unbelievably unorganized and they were trying to contact me over text message and then the last message they sent me was that they were booked up on Friday, while all month, they have been telling me that they can do it on Friday and then on Wednesday night or Thursday night, they would come back and say that they can't do it on Friday now. So I requested a refund from them and they said I have to go through Angie's List. The work is not difficult work but it seems like Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc cannot get it together, even when I was speaking to people on phone, they would call me and say they were ready to schedule it and I would say okay again what I put in my request was for Friday. They would call me and say they wanted to speak to Mary, like they had mixed up my number and somebody else's name and then after a week and a half somebody called me and said they were ready to come on Friday and I said okay then on Friday morning, they called me and said they would have to call me back because they didn't know if they can do it on Friday. They said they would schedule it for next week and then called me on Thursday and said that they couldn't do it on Friday. I said that was the time I had a schedule, it was really getting difficult, I don't know if it was because the big deal was really popular and they couldn't handle it, it is very clear that they were not capable of running a business. They were very unprofessional, I would call them and they would response by text message.

This was our first time with a maid service and we were uncertain. We had an overall good experience

They were great to work with. They were came out and did the work as stated within the deal. I was happy with the service.

I was not present during the cleaning. While the crew was at the house, the office phoned the house where the crew was, instead of phoning me at work, to ask if they were to clean the two rooms with closed doors. This was one of the things I had reviewed with the owner. I didn't get the message until I returned home later that night. The crew left without locking the door (again, a procedure reviewed with the owner). Several of the instructions I reviewed with the owner were not executed. The owner did phone me following their visit for feedback. When I said it hadn't seemed like they were able to complete the particulars for my house, his explanation was that the coupon limited the amount of time they could spend there. This would have been helpful to know prior to them coming, so neither of us would have spent the extra appointment on the things I wanted them to pay attention to. I would say that Maid to Sparkle did a good basic cleaning, but I was clearly looking for a company to handle details that would make my house sparkle on a long-term basis. I could use them for a one-time, pre-dinner party effort. The regular, non-coupon rates I was quoted seemed reasonable.

I had my home cleaned for an upcoming party, and really needed some help. So I called Maid to Sparkle. Two ladies showed up right on time and had our house looking amazing in a few hours. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely hire them again. I normally don't hire anyone to clean my home, but this experience was great. and I am considering having Maid to Sparkle come at least once a month. The price was very reasonable, service was excellent and the owner really made sure that we were happy from start to finish.

The workers arrived on time and were very professional. They got right to work. I'm getting my house ready to sell, and wanted EVERYTHING wiped down and looking new again. They really did a great job. The kitchen cabinets, and all of the surfaces, including the trim was scrubbed and cleaned. They vacuumed and mopped the floors. They picked up everything (all of the knick-knacks, etc.) and dusted and polished it all. I have 2 massively shedding and drooling dogs, and I was skeptical that they would have enough time to get everything done. But they did! And everything looks (and smells) terrific! I've already scheduled them to come back next week to do the bathrooms.

Contacted Jonathan and he scheduled my mom's house for me. I told him that due to the size of the house and the neglected state of things, I knew it would take the entire time for just the downstairs, so never contracted for the bedrooms. They did a very fine job of the downstairs and did some cleaning in the upstairs main bathroom too, as well as the stairwell and landing. I know it was a lot of work and didn't expect the amazing results I saw last night! They were on time, worked hard without taking breaks and put my mom at ease! She really liked both ladies as well as being so pleased to have her house clean! I highly recommend!
