They did an excellent job. House looks great. We had a special deal for 80.00, but will seriously consider hiring them on a regular basis.

I am very particular about housekeepers and Jonathan has been very responsive. They had me sold when they moved the furniture so they could vacuum under it!

The team was prompt and worked very hard. It was a tough job and they had a great attitude. They were very thorough; they did run out of time as this was an Angie's List Big Deal but they did a good job. I appreciated the prompt contact both before and after the job was done.

Jonathan indicated that he was in his car upon my initial contact and would call me back when he got back to the office that same day. However, he seemed optimistic that he could work me into the schedule for the following week. When I did not hear back from him, I called the owner the next day to determine if his company could meet my need as I had other companies I could call but Maid to Sparkle is the best. He proposed to do the cleaning the day of my dinner party and I asked if he could do any other day since I was setting up extra tables. He said he would revisit the schedule and get back with me, which he never did. I decided that two calls were sufficient if he wanted the business.

Although there were a couple of minor hiccups at the beginning, overall it was a pleasant business experience from start to finish. My wife and I were very pleased with the service. Two thumbs-up.

I called Johnathan to schedule my cleaning at the last minute, and he was very accommodating, and two friendly and professional ladies came to clean my house before my in-laws came for the weekend. We have a heavily shedding dog, so most of their time was spent getting dog hair out of nooks and crannies and then mopping the floors. The upstairs bathroom was in dire need before their arrival and now sparkles and is ready to be used by company. They did a fantastic job in the allotted two hours, and I have already recommended them to a neighbor of mine.

I bought 4 hours of cleaning through angie's list and the owner contacted me right away to set up a good day to clean. He sent 2 very nice ladies to my house and they did a great job. I requested to start a biweekly service and I have been very pleased. The owner has great communication and checks to make sure I am happy after the cleanings. I have left notes for certain items to be cleaned and they have followed through every time. I would recommend this company.

I was contacted right away to schedule the appointment. The ladies arrived on time and were very friendly. They did an outstanding job cleaning my home.

The owner was very responsive when I called and worked with my scheduled to ensure that my house would be cleaned before my out of town guests would arrive. On the day of the appointment, there was a late season snow and they were very good to communicate that they would still arrive in spite of weather and kept me apprised as to what time. The ladies that came were very professional and asked specific questions as to what my expectations were and periodically checked in with me to make sure I was pleased with the work that was being performed. And if I asked them to do anything differently, they were very courteous and did so immediately. A few days later, the owner called me directly to follow up and ensure I was happy with the work performed.

Purchased a coupon deal through Angie's list. Jonathan contacted me immediately and scheduling was easy. They arrived promptly and did a great job on everything I requested.

It went well. My only concern is that they replaced the kitchen garbage bag with one of theirs and it was of poor quality. When I went to remove it (when it was full), it shredded in my hands and I could not get it out. I had to remove the trash by hand to another bag and then eventually was able to remove the bag. The rest of the work was just fine. Jonathon was very responsive to my call and scheduled an appointment readily.

Jonathan checked in with me several times and called to confirm the appointment time. The two girls arrived on time for the 2 hour cleaning service. They were friendly and eager to please the customer! We shared with them our specific cleaning concerns in the house before they began cleaning. They were diligent, friendly, and professional workers. They were eager to have us check their work and willing try alternate methods and spend additional time on some stubborn mildew in the shower areas. It was delightful to work with such a responsive company that puts customer satisfaction first. Jonathan called while the girls were still working to make certain we were satisfied with the work and assured us that there would be no additional charge, even though the girls stayed some additional time beyond the 2 hours purchased.

jJonothan was very curteou and accomaded to scheuling around my time frame. I was expecting company and wanted the cleaning down a few days before the company arrived. Jonathan was able to change his schedule around to make it happen.

The ladies who cleaned were right on time and very courteous and personable. They asked specifically what I wanted cleaned and followed my directions and even cleaned and straightened areas I didn't think they'd have time to finish. But they did! I was amazed at how much they accomplished in the time they were here. They were efficient and provided quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future!

First, the ad at the time was deceptive. "$80 for 4 Hours Of House Cleaning!" I paid $80 for two maids that performed 2 hours in total of cleaning. The company felt that if there were two maids there fore 2 hours, it was as if it was a total of 4 hours of cleaning since there were two maids. It was just deceptive. I think the ad was modified after I called back and complained. When my husband went to the house to meet the cleaning team, one of the maids was in the kitchen talking on her phone and not cleaning! When I got home, I felt like barely anything was touched. The only way I would've known there was someone cleaning was by the smell of all the chemicals. It was then that my husband told me the phone story which makes me think they spent most of the time talking on the phone and not cleaning. I called the company to complain and they said they'd call me back and try to find someone else to send over to finish the job. The problem was they didn't know which team they sent out originally and I didn't want the same crew. The guy on the phone said he'd call me back to reschedule and he never called. The company is unresponsive, does not deliver quality results, and was deceptive in their advertising. Will not be using this company EVER AGAIN.

The two ladies arrived on time and they worked hard the entire time they were here. Their work was excellent and thorough. There were no "don't"s for these ladies. They worked perfectly in tandem with each other and were very respectful. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them. Shirley

I had four cleanings for $300 using the Angie's List coupon. I tried another company for comparison and was not as pleased as I was with Maid to Sparkle. Both did a good job, but Maid To Sparkle was friendlier, more presentable, a bit more thorough and MUCH more professional. I decided to use Maid To Sparkle for the next six months and hope they remain as thorough as they started! I'll update my review with a "long term contract" review when the six months is up.

our last maid had moved away. called on Maid to Sparkle on Friday, Jonathon came by on Saturday to give estimate, cleaners/maids came on Tuesday. since at work, don't know if they arrived 'on time'. happy with the work. hired for bi-weekly service

They arrived on time, cleaned well, My house was very cluttered and they did a good job of working around my messes.

It went very well. They were late, but when I called, I was given an updated status, as well as an additional hour of cleaning to make up for this. The 2 women who did the work were very nice and efficient and went right to work. They did a fantastic job and it was a pleasure being in the house once all of the cleaning was done!

I really wanted my kitchen and windows to shine and they did. Jonathon bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. They did a wonderful job.

The company manager Johnathan is very responsible leader who arranges the schedule, reminder and post service inquiry very well. And the cleaning crew did a good job to clean my house. I will definitely use its service in the future when in need.

The manager called and made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning (the ladies came at 9:30). I explained what I wanted them to do and they did their job. It wasn't perfect but the first time you have a service it never is perfect. They missed a couple of areas and I let it go. The ladies were polite and efficient. When the manager called I told him that I would like to keep the service on a bi-weekly basis for now and that I would work out any problems I had with the cleaners. They came a second time and I was very happy.

Overall it was a good experience. I bought a Angie's List Coupon for 8 hours of cleaning. The manager was very responsive and called beforehand to set up the appointment. I had them come three separate times. Each time I had a different person(s) cleaning. They did a good job, covering everything that I needed doing.
