Awesome work! I have LOVED my services thus far. They have been very detailed and professional with all the cleanings. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning my bathrooms and my kitchen. I have not had 1 single issue since that began. The young lady who comes bi-weekly has been very attentive and open to all of my request. I am extremely happy with my services!

First Time Out We had used the same maid service for seven years before issues started to creep in. Over the next nine months we went through two other services with results ranging from mediocre to simply unacceptable. As I suspect with most Angie's list members, we were reluctant to raise too much of a fuss because we are very picky. In our defense, we do communicate our expectations in very clear terms during the interview. Well, with some folks even that does not work. So, here we are. Jonathan listened to our expectations and did his dead level best to manage ours. A couple of weeks later we scheduled the first visit. Two ladies arrived, on time, and spent two hours cleaning our house. They were professional, brought clean vacuum bags and were very thorough in their process. An added bonus, these two ladies were personable, even friendly. When done we inspected the house before they departed. It was the best cleaning job we have paid for in over eight years using a service. Do not get me wrong. We keep a tidy home and only require a service monthly. These ladies do the hard stuff and performed flawlessly. We promise to update our reviews every six months. Folks like this deserve updates. An Angie's List trick, always go for he highest rating, not the lowest price. We will not make the same mistake more than twice. No sir, we will find other and dumber mistakes. Maid To sparkle is by far one of the best cleaning services I have ever used. Jonathan the owner helped me schedule the appointment, he even called the day before to remind me they were coming over. The cleaning crew was professional and wasted no time getting right into cleaning my home. The first thing I noticed was how great everything smelled. Every room was spotless! They even scrubbed the base moldings in every room so can imagine how the rest of the house looked. I will definitely use Maid To Sparkle again.

The owner returns calls promptly and takes care of any service requests. The ladies who clean my home are nice, courteous and thorough, paying attention to the areas I have specifically requested.

The first appointment several months ago was a debacle, but one of the cleaners was good, so the owner and I talked, and she is always on my cleaning jobs now. She is, however, talkative about her ailments, and about the shortcomings of the others on the crew, which I find to be inappropriate. She brings helpers of varying skill. The cleaning itself is pretty fair now. I have to inspect when they are done, and there is often something that needs correction. We have them use our cleaning products, and sometimes the amounts are overused, leaving a sticky floor. To sum up, I'm getting a fair level of cleaning - better than my wife and I have time to do - but real professionalism and thorough cleaning every time are not the norm.

I was impressed with the communications and the service. The ladies were punctual, thourogh and friendly. Yes! I would call them again.

The whole experience was wonderful. I called to set up the appointment and received a call the night before confirming when the maids would arrive the day of the scheduled cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I received another call from the maids to let me know they were on their way. Upon arriving, the two women introduced themselves, asked if there were any areas that I wanted them to pay particular attention to and requested a tour of the home so they were better acquainted with the layout and the areas to be cleaned. They did a fantastic job. The kitchen shines and everything smells so good. The bathrooms are gorgeous (I must admit, I hate cleaning bathrooms!) and the rest of the house is very, very clean. I have a dog, so dog hair is constantly an issue, but they did a very thorough job and no dog hair remained anywhere -- not in corners or under the bed! When they left, they actually thanked me for using their service. I would definitely recommend the service and I know I will be using them again.

I was not at all happy with the first cleaning of the house. However, the owner was very receptive to my complaints and did everything possible to make sure I was pleased. They cam back again, at no cost to me, and did a really good job

They were a little late. They began upstairs and did a great job with both bathrooms and the floors including the hallway and stairs. Downstairs was a different story. The microwave was not cleaned, kitchen cabinets were not washed/cleaned, ceiling fan not touched, windows smeared, chandelier not dusted, lamp table not cleaned but the floor and half bath were good. Since they started later in the afternoon it was late when they finished and I don't think the ladies knew it was this big of a job when they came. There were many cell phone call that seemed to be with children. I believe they were tired by the time the got to the down stairs.

Went super. The two ladies that came looked to me for direction. I just want rooms clean and that's what I got. Thank you. I got the special 80.00 coupon and it was truly worth it.

I've been a biweekly customer for a few months now, and the staff at Maid to Sparkle does a great job. Jonathan is very receptive to feedback and if something needs a little additional attention, the staff is happy to take care of it. The prices are reasonable, and they are trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend.

They were terrible. It was awful. I gave them four different tries. They came like hours late. The first time, there was a list of about 13 things they didn't do that they were supposed to do that they said they normally do every time. Every time, there were different people. I have to train them every single time and they still mess things up. After giving them four tries, I finally just gave up on them. Price was okay. The manager was supposed to call after every session but never did. He didn't even reply to my emails. The first time when they messed up so badly, he didn't send a crew to fix it. He just said, "Okay, we're just going to come next week and charge you for the first week then." The second week, there were still all kinds of problems. They didn't fix them. They would just come the next week and then it would just get harder and harder and they couldn't catch up.

Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc. was okay. I could not say they were bad but I was expecting more than what they did. They were pretty good. It was not impressive but it was okay. Maybe, I would say I will give them a try.

I don't know "how it went," since I needed to leave the house to run errands, etc. However, the end result was a sparkling clean environment with just the right amount of fresh fragrance in the air when I returned home - I was very pleased.

Jonathan was extremely helpful in scheduling this service and followed up with reminders as necessary. The cleaners arrived on time, fully equipped. I conducted a tour of the house and they proceeded to clean as we discussed during the walk through. They were very professional, quick but thorough and carried out all the tasks as requested. It was a difficult first cleaning as we had just completed constructing a new room in the house and, thus, it was filled with wallboard dust. I was very pleased with the service, so much so that after the event I called Sparkle and arranged a monthly cleaning of my house. I am assured of the return of at least one of the women, Tanya, and I'm happy about that. The other woman was due to have a baby and will be out of action for some time.

Very professional and complete cleaning. They did all we expected and following the initial cleaning we hired them on a regular basis. We have now used Maid to Sparkle for four or five months and have been pleased. When we see a concern or make a request for a change in the way they clean, they are always prompt and willing.

They showed up on time ,crews are never the same,They started talking about how dirty the house was and their company was the one cleaning it for the last half year . One crew was working in the kitchen broke the stainless steel faucet left and didn't let anyone know ,Took a while to get in fixed but the plumber that installed it was able to get a part off another sink and match it instaed of replace the sink.

The team that showed up right on time, was very professional and immediately went to work; there was no lag time nor wasting any moments. We had to leave several times and then come back (were moving in at the same time) and this was no bother to them. They were efficient; split up and accomplished different rooms/floors at the same time. I'd definitely use this company again!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services. For the work, I have to give it a 7 from a scale of 1 to 10. But the customer service was excellent. The gentleman I dealt with was wonderful. I had some concerns about the cleaning and he responded very promptly, wanted to come back and address the issues and they actually agreed on some kind of fix to the problem. He really worked around my schedule because I called him on a short notice. He was extremely courteous. When I told him I wasn't too happy with the way they had cleaned, he was gonna come out the next day and address the issues. He pretty much gave me half my money back. He was very good and concerned about the fact that I wasn't happy. I think he's the owner. I don't know if the cleaning people were new. But anyway, I would probably give them another shot.

Excellent work. They sent one person but she was here for over 4 hours and did an outstanding job..I was so impressed.

I contacted Jonathan after purchasing the Angie's List coupon and was scheduled within one week for 4 hours of cleaning. My house was very neglected and the two ladies that arrived were very diligent in cleaning as much as they could in the time alloted. They did a very nice job using all their own supplies. There is still more to do and I plan to schedule another visit from them in the near future. These folks are great to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation.
