Only one employee showed up and she was a very thorough worker. Her work could only be rated as excellent. As for the owner or manager did not get back to me and I had to track him down. He was helpful but if it wasn't for his employee I don't feel that I would have had such a positive experience. We are considering to hear what the owner or manager has to offer for his service before we decide.

I purchased the Angie's Deal for housecleaning (2hours/2cleaners) & inside window cleaning (10 windows) at a cost of $89.00, which I thought was a steal. I called Maid For Sparkle to inquire on how the time would be utilized for cleaning. I was told the ladies would spend up to 2 hours cleaning the house and the windows would be done afterwards. The ladies arrived on time and were very pleasant. They asked which areas were to be given special attention. I did let them know, that I would be willing to pay for an extra hour if needed. They were able to clean the house in 2 1/2 hours and did a very good job. When they said they were done, I asked about the windows. They said they were not told to clean the windows. Upon my contacting the company, the owner apologized for not telling them about cleaning the windows, and promised that the next time I use their services, my windows would be cleaned free of charge; also he did not charge me for the extra half-hour of cleaning. More than likely, I would use their cleaning services again.

Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services was fine. They were on time and did a good job. They were quick and thorough. They were very professional, I thought. Someone from the company called afterwards to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. The pricing was comparable to everybody else I looked at.

Maid to Sparkle did an excellent job cleaning my house. Jonathan was very professional and responsive when setting up the cleaning and the ladies did exactly what they said they would do! 10 windows were sparkling clean, rooms were cleaned well including light fixtures and ceiling fans. I will definitely be using them again!

One person showed up right on time, the second came about 30 min later I requested they clean downstairs and 2 bathrooms upstairs making sure they got to the bathrooms upstairs They did a good job cleaning, but did not do the upstairs bathrooms and did not return rugs to where they belong when they were finished.

Cleaning was fine but the window part of the deal was a disappointment as it only covered cleaning interior of windows which I misunderstood .. I was looking for clean windows inside and out

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. The house was really clean and they had very flexible scheduling.

Jonathan contacted me immediately after I purchased the Big Deal. In all communication, he was extremely responsive. I appreciated being called the night before to let us know the approximate time the cleaners would arrive. The two women who cleaned the house did a good job. We had special requests for floor cleaning since they had just been refinished and they were very accommodating.

Very responsive, showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job for the dollars spent.

I was called by the owner, Jonathan, to check on the services rendered. I told him I was pleased and was told he would send the same cleaners in the future. He told me if I wanted certain work done, to let them know. I will set up another appointment.

The owner, Jonathan, is very responsible and seems to care about making sure the customer is satisfied. He is very flexible and good to work with re: scheduling. He is very prompt with scheduling and friendly to work with. All the cleaners we have worked with have also been very nice and have done a great job. We have monthly cleanings only and the price is reasonable.

They did a pretty good job cleaning given that there were two ladies for two hours. I don't think they did the ten windows. I did show them a couple that were really, really dirty from where my son had thrown something on his sister's window. I don't know if it was chocolate milk or an egg. It was from the outside. They didn't clean one of them. The other one they left big dirty smudgy streaks on. I would say that the house cleaning part, for the two hours that the two women were here, they did a great job at the best they could. They didn't get to the windows. I could tell. The man who set it up said that he would be glad to have them back to do the windows. I said "No, that's fine." I felt that they really did work hard at the time they were here. They didn't probably have time to get to the windows. It's not a big deal. I was just grateful to have somebody come clean and mop my floors as well as clean my bathrooms. I was very happy that they were clean when they left. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. They worked hard while they were here.

Jonathan was wonderful! He called me back within the same day that I left a message for an estimate. (No one ever calls back) My cleaning was booked quickly. Brittany and Tonya were Fabulous. There are no words to describe how my house looked after they were done. Everything was immaculate and smelled wonderful. We are now permanent customers. We look forward to having them come every two weeks. I highly recommend Maid to Sparkle Cleaning.

I purchased 2 hours of cleaning for $80. Initially, we had a difficult time scheduling because there was miscommunication, however, they were very accomodating. I was not here when they cleaned. My husband met them to go over everything. When I got home to inspect their work, I thought that overall it was a job well done. I did notice that several lamps and items were still dusty. I don't know if they ran out of time to complete the work or not. My hardwood floors were cleaned better than anyone I had used before.

I liked them. They did a good job. They did a very thorough clean and they were punctual and professional as well. I would use them again.

It was good. I believe there was a little bit of miscommunication about when the appointment was set up for but we called the day of the appointment and the girl that answered the phone took care of it right away. They came and they did a great job.

Maid to Sparkle is great. They have done a wonderful job and when we have left specific items that we needed done they added that to the list. They have been responsive to our scheduling needs and just overall a great company to work with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well and they did a good job. They use Spic N Span for a cleaner and I don't like the smell. Next time I would have them use my cleaner but they did ask beforehand.

It went great - I left a list in priority order and they got to everything. Looks and smells great!

We have had nothing but great experience with Main to Sparkle. Dealing with them is how I wish all companies were. Good price, good value for money, great customer service, great cleaning.

As said above we have them come every two weeks to clean our 3 bedroom home after they did our pre-move cleaning. Jonathan and the cleaners are lovely to work with. In fact, the second time they came for regular cleaning, my husband and I went out for lunch and then had a flat tire. We couldn't find the jack so had to call AAA and we were on a very busy road which scared me. I called Jonathan as I didn't think we would get back before the cleaners were finished and he had the cleaners call us so they could lock the house and said we could just pay the next time they came--it truly made a stressful experience less so!!

They did a good job! They came prepared for the work. They listened to what I told them I wanted done and they set about completed it. They accomplished the work in the time allotted. There was only a minimum of chit chat and they were able to get all of the work done. The owner called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied also.

It was spectacular! They're one of the best. I simply love it. Just wonderful!

I have to say that our experience Jonathan and his crew was great! I'm certain our situation was not the norm, but nonetheless, Maid to Sparkle really came through for us. To make a long story short, my mother (who is disabled) was given very short notice that a realtor that we had contacted was going to come to assess the value of her home. She didn't want to ask the realtor to reschedule, but we were not fully prepared for a professional to come and evaluate the house. There were some small boxes and clutter we had been sorting through in the living room and we did not have time to do a good, basic cleaning of her 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath home. (ie-sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc). So, in a bit of a panic, I got on Angie's List and did about 5 minutes of research before calling Jonathan and asking about using a coupon on AL for $80 for 2 hours of cleaning with a 2 person crew. Not only was Jonathan friendly and professional, after listening to my situation he somehow managed to get a crew out to my Mom's house that same day!! The women who came over were fully prepared with all the cleaning supplies and tools in hand, listened to what we needed and followed through to do an amazing job in the brief 2 hours they were here. We were extremely happy with the job they did and would highly recommend Maid to Sparkle to anyone seeking housecleaning services.
