Jonathan and his staff are exceptionally professional and courteous, efficient, and effective. I know nobody cleans a home like the owner, but Carrie comes darned close. She does a fabulous job and cleans like she would want her own home cleaned. Jonathan is prompt in setting up an appointment and following-up to make sure I was satisfied. I have used Maid To Sparkle before and continue to be pleased with their work. I used a different service recently and was sadly disappointed. I will stick with Maid to Sparkle from now on. Great service, great staff, great value. Don't go elsewhere!

It was fine. I would say they did a good job. They didn't do an excellent job though. I would say that they were good cleaners. The 2 women that were here did a good job but I thought they could have been a bit more thorough. They came out within the week of us calling them.

I've used this service before. It's a great service they do a very good job. I'd had some dry wall work done so there was lots of dust around the house. The house was spotless when they were done. I highly recommend.

Appointment and set up with Jonathan was great and he contacted me right away and scheduled immediately. Christy did a wonderful job, she went above and beyond anything I requested! Jonathan followed up that evening to ensure everything was done to my approval and I told him I would be using them again next month!!! Such a great find!

I called and set up an appointment with the owner on the afternoon of my closing. The closing was delayed, and the owner worked with me to fit us into the schedule. Two young ladies arrived (they were actually waiting on me), and performed a move-in cleaning at my new house. The ladies did a nice job.

The service had been pretty good. They come every week. I really like them. I like the smell of the cleaning products that they use. It is a good value for what I pay.

I have used this service before through Angie's List, and was as pleased this time as I was the last. One thing to note - the window cleaning is for the inside of the window - not the outside, which is something I did not realize. The woman who came were friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They do a thorough job, including things such as dusting for cobwebs on the walls and leaving bags in the garbage cans. They place things back in a pleasing arrangement as well, even though I had some things in a haphazard placement. I have used other services but this company is definitely the best, and I will be using them exclusively in the future.

The appointment scheduling was prompt. The house cleaner was on-time and professional. The areas that were cleaned were done very well. The only issue is that in 4 hours they were unable to complete my whole house. My house is approximately 1800 sq. ft. and I am a fairly neat and clean guy. The house cleaner even commented on that. Unfortunately the main living area, a sunken den that represents about 800 sq. ft. of the house, was not touched. I was told that in the 4 hours they were unable to get to that part.

The ladies were nice and accommodating. They scheduled for 9am and got here at 10 but did call about 9:40 to say they were behind. They did not have any kind of uniform, but did bring all of their own supplies (that smelled wonderful!) and took a break between hours one and two.

I am not satisfied at all. There was just a lot of cleaning that wasn't done and very incomplete. Several areas of the house weren't even touched. The Big Deal was for two people for two hours, but one of the girls left after an hour and the other one did most of it. The one that left told the other one that she did certain things that she didn'tdo, like the bathroom wasn’t even touched. I spoke to the owner about it and he offered for them to come back out and I just declined that because I was really fed up.

Two women cleaned my home for two hours. Overall, the house was clean with the exception of the kitchen sink and glass cooktop. Both needed more elbow grease. The women arrived on time and called me when they were on their way. I received a follow up call rom Jonathan fthe same day to check on the work. When I mentioned the problem areas, Jonathan offered to have someone come over the next day to correct the problem. I declined but appreciate the offer. For $20/hour, I think it was a reasonable value. I wouldn't pay more than that.
