Maid to Sparkle is great. Johnathan is user friendly, professional and sensitive to the customer needs. He also conducts follow up phone calls to see hoe the service went. I am really pleased with the service I received. I am a return customer and will continue to be! Great company! Great job! Thanks!

Unfortunately, the deal didn't provide enough time for them to do as thorough a cleaning as we would have liked.

They arrived on time and were very respectful of my being home and working on my computer in a separate room from those being cleaned. They did a very job and my home was clean and smelled very fresh when they were finished. I have signed up for monthly cleanings on the basis of their performance.

I have had them 4 times now. There have been a few people that we have asked not to send back but there are now some steady cleaners that do a great job and we request. They are never there at the time given and typically don't call to say they will be earlier or later than the qouted time.

The girls I had were professional and worked at a steady pace. They did a very good job and I will definitely call them again. Also, when I first called for the service they were able to fit me in within four days. The response time was great!

Showed up on time, were friendly, worked the whole time, brought all of their own supplies.

The two employees were outstanding. They came in and listened to my needs and went right to work. They were pleasant and very efficient but through. My floors and bathrooms sparkle. I told them what my priorities were and they still did over and above that. I used this company because of an Angie's List special that was running during Christmas. I am glad I did.

They did a very good job. They were great. I hadn't used them before. I liked that they did what they said they were going to do. Two people showed up and they worked for two hours. I had no issues with the service. It worked fine. They did strike me as a little expensive but it was still fine. I've been thinking about calling them again.

It was very difficult to schedule the service because the agency was completely booked for each of my preferred dates, however the two ladies who eventually came were quite wonderful. They asked me which services were most important to me, such as bathrooms, floors...etc, and they did an excellent job!

The house sold and we moved. They did a fine job once they got there. I think that they did the front windows of the house. That was part of the purchase. They were right on time to the address that I had given them, which was my current house.

Purchased the service through an Angie's List deal. Contacted the owner to schedule an appointment on very short notice during the Christmas holiday season. Was pleasantly surprised that he was able to schedule our service just a few days before Christmas on a Saturday. The service was scheduled for 9:00 AM and 2 employees were sent to work a 2-hour block. They contacted us at 9:00 AM due to an issue with directions to the house and were on the job by approximately 9:05 AM. After brief introductions, they asked about our cleaning priorities and went straight to work. Both employees worked steadily for the full 2 hours and periodically asked for us to check to confirm that the work was being performed to our satisfaction. No issues at all with the service. The best compliment came from my adult son who visited during the holidays and remarked that the house looked great...better than he had seen it in some time. The next day, we received a follow up call from the owner to check on the work performed. The entire experience was excellent.

It was a wonderful experience having the ?Maid to Sparkle? crew render service at my multi-level home. They (2 crew members) arrived well equipped and were pleasant and professional, they got right to work and did an outstanding job. They were detail oriented and took care of the fine little details, even made quick work of a few problem areas, caused by my kids and dog. Jonathan and his team are exceptionally professional and courteous, efficient, and effective. I will definitely recommend the ?Maid to Sparkle? crew and use their services again.

They were wonderful. Their equipment was in good condition, they cleaned thoroughly and quickly. They willingly met my needs ( I am allergic to most cleaning products) and got along very well with my rambunctious little dog. Jonathan was very quick to respond to my purchase and worked hard to get to us as quickly as possible. That very week. He called before the girls came to let me know they were on their way (the girls also called) and then again later that day to see how everything went and if I was pleased. I told him I'd like to consider his company as a bi-weekly cleaner for me. He made an appointment immediately for a couple of days later. When he came he walked through my home and asked what I had been paying. I told him and he matched it. I was pleased and can't wait to see them again. O yes he told me I would have the same two girls each time, and that pleased me very much, especially with the dog issue. I highly recommend this company.

2 women showed up(Lachelle and Tasha) for 2 hrs and I asked them to do downstairs only. I left and came back after they were gone and found my house to look almost brand new again. It smelled clean the second i stepped inside, wood floors were cleaned perfectly, kitchen was nice and shiny, and all of my "junk" was put away nicely in a corner. I have 3 kids and 2 dogs, so my house was a complete mess before they got here. I had just gotten an estimate from another local business(not on angies list)and it was $240 for 2 ppl x 2hrs. I almost went with them but decided to register here and look around. I was so happy to find the exact same service for $80!! I really don't have anything bad to say at all and I am completely satisfied. I plan on using them again in another month or 2.

Always show up on the date required but would like a more consistent time and knowledge of time before the day of the cleaning.

My parents raved on and on about their professionalism and quality. In fact, they have arranged for them to come on a monthly basis from now on to clean their home. They were extremely happy and so am I!

It was just fine. My wife said that they set up on time and did a nice job.

I have used this cleaning service for almost 2 years now. I was introduced to them via a deal on Angies List. I am no longer using their services or can continue to recommend them. During my last cleaning, which was this July, my engagement ring and a handbag were stolen. I noticed these items were missing immediately that same day as I had left my ring on my kitchen counter on my "ring plate" and my hand bag on my entryway floor. I should have hidden these things prior to leaving my home for the cleaning but I didn't. I notified the owner, Johnathan, about my missing items right away. Long story short, a police report was filed and an investigation conducted but unless the police can find the item and convict one of the cleaners there is no restitution for me. Johnathan has wiped his hands of it and will only take steps upon a conviction. Needless to say my husband and I are devastated. If you are looking for cleaning service I would not recommend this company because if anything should happen, you will be on your own. The cleaning service was not worth the loss neither emotionally or financially. If I had to do over, I would have had stay with my former cleaning service, Maid Brigade, and paid the slightly higher fee.

I have Maid to Sparkle clean my home on a weekly basis. They do an excellent job, particularly in the kitchen and each of the bathrooms. Jonathan is always quick to respond when I call. I had not previously used a house cleaning service and thought that having Maid to Sparkle come in occasionally would provide a nice break for me on some weekends. After seeing what an excellent job they did, I asked them to come in on a weekly basis. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Saw an offer for maid service, company had great reviews, so I decided to try them. They did a fantastic job, were punctual, communicated well, and did a VERY thorough job of cleaning. They exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone.
