Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services Inc

Remarkably average. I used to use Maid to Sparkle on a regular basis, so I was familiar with their work. Most of the time they did a fine job, but nothing that was overly impressive. I needed a one-time cleaning and decided to take advantage of the Angie's List offer. I left a list of all the tasks I wanted done, but somehow they managed not to get them done. I left a note for them to call me when they were done - which they did - and one of the cleaners informed me that they ran out of time and couldn't mop the kitchen floor. I have a 1300 sq. ft. house with a small kitchen. It's not a big job. I came home to find that the kitchen had really barely been cleaned. The counters nor the hood had been wiped down, both of which were on the list. I know that I can clean the house top to bottom by myself in a couple of hours so I don't know how two "professional" cleaners couldn't manage to get the whole job done in two hours.

They did very well. The person who runs the company isn't well polished but the ladies who came to clean were fantastic. They were nice and polite. It was nice to have a cleaning service were English is there first language so we can communicate. I had people before from other countries but they don't speak English so it makes it difficult. They almost touched everything. They were wonderful, I had two small children and they were nice and polite. My older one is interested in everyone so he wants to follow around and pretend that he is vacuuming. They never treated him like he was in their way which I appreciate. We ended up hiring them as continuing service which will start tomorrow and they will come every week. The guy assured me that they were efficient and it took them a little bit longer than two hours so it was nice they did not charge me extra because they were there for three hours.

It went okay. I guess we wouldn't do windows so I asked my mom and she said that's kind of normal. They could have been a little more attentive in some details. Our bathroom was clean but the window sills are still a little dirty and stuff like that. But, it was a good overall clean. For what my husband said, they were friendly, on time and respectful. They did a good overall job. I wish they would have paid a little more attention to some details.

I paid for 2 cleaners for 2 hours at 4 hours total and they cleaned 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living om and a kitchen. I felt like for the time that I purchased that they were a little slower than expected. They did a fine job and they even ended up staying a bit longer than what we paid for but I wasn't sure I really got my money's worth. I did appreciate that they were relatively flexible with my schedule, though.

They were GREAT . Punctual, professional and thorough.

Did a great job. We had two cleaners for two hours with their own cleaning equipment and supplies. They did a great job and were able to cover 90% of the house within the two hours. Have used them several times and will use again.

That turned out fine. Two cleaners came out and I had them clean the floors and surfaces. They also cleaned the ceiling fans too. They brought their own cleaning supplies. They did use different cleaning supplies than what I use. They did not have a certain brand or type, but they used various cleaning supplies to do the quality of the work. Scheduling was great.

I was very impressed. They were very pleasant and will definitely use them again. I'm not sure of the date when they were here.

The two ladies were very pleasant and they worked hard. I was very impressed with them and will be purchasing more of these cleaning services in the future.

Melissa and Caitlyn both did a great job cleaning my house. It's been a while since I was able to smell the aroma of a GOOD sparkly clean house since my allergies to dust started up again. They did a phenomenal job! Will sign up to receive monthly service and request my new friends moving forward!!!

I thought the owner, Jonathan, did a good job of contacting me and following up as we had to change the appointment due to snow. I was, however, a bit disappointed in the job performed. My daughter and I both immediately spied a table in the living room that had not been dusted at all, and there were other areas that we weren't certain about as we went through the house. I'm glad this was an Angie's deal, because I would have been very disappointed had I paid full price for the cleaning.

Easy scheduling; providers were on time and did a great job. I will definitely use again!!!

The service went very well. I plan to use them in the future and would recommend this them to others. I'm very glad we chose to try their special on Angie's List. Thank you! Jonathon contacted me shortly after purchasing the special and was extremely accommodating to our needs and dates desired. I couldn't have been more pleased.

The coordinator on the phone was very responsive and cooperative, he tried hard and effectively to accommodate my day request. The two ladies who came were on time and brought all their necessary equipment and products (though I only required water for the hardwood floors). They were pleasant and responsive when there was a bit of a mis-understanding after they said they had finished the vacuuming in one room and I showed them signs on the rug that showed that they had missed that. The full bathroom was very dirty and the toilet was stained by flushing down dark litter. The lady who did that bathroom did a good job, though didn't out all the litter stains from the toilet bowl, we had to finish it off after they left. However, I was happy enough with their services and would use them again. The company called me a day or two later to follow up on their service, which speaks well of their interest. I told them I was happy, I didn't think it was worth mentioning more details, I am just mentioning them here because all details are requested.

It went fine. I have no complaints. They did a good job and they were on time.

The ladies were prompt in arrival; very professional and efficient. They split the jobs and met in the middle. All trash was taken with them and they brought all of their own cleaning equipment. The house smelled lovely and clean after they left. I was very impressed with their workmanship. Jonathan (the owner?) was very helpful in trying to get us on the schedule at the last minute. They did a tremendous amount of work in a short amount of time. I do wish they had had a little more time to dust a little more thoroughly but I was very satisfied.

First, I apologize for taking so long to submit this review! Jonathan, the owner, contacted me right away and a date was set up for service. The crew was to arrive at 9am. My son developed a terrific tooth ache the day prior to the service date and required immediate surgery to remove an impacted wisdom tooth. The surgery was worked into the dr's schedule for 9:30am in a location in the West End. I called Jonathan to explain the situation and that I needed to leave early and asked that the workers arrive as early as possible so that I could go over a few things with them before I left. I don't know if he misunderstood me or the communication with the workers just didn't happen but as I anxiously waited for them (I hate rushing!) I happened to look out my front door saw the workers sitting in their vehicle, apparently waiting until exactly 9am. I waved them to come on in and quickly explained that I did not expect perfection due to the amount of clutter in my home and to do the best they could, especially with dusting as I have a significant respiratory problem. They were very nice, brought in their supplies at a steady pace and began working. I did ask them to make my bed because this hard for me to do with my breathing problems and gave them clean linens but neither of them knew how to put a duvet cover on a slim comforter (is this a specialized task that I should have asked about prior?). I explained the basic principle of how to do it and flew out the door. I was late to the appointment but the office worked us in. In hindsight, I should have just rescheduled the service date but I was expecting guests that evening. I thought that since their home office is so close to my home that they could arrive a little early to accommodate my need to leave earlier than expected which I thought Jonathan understood. Pls note: I didn't expect to gain an extra 5 or 10 minutes of free cleaning! I arrived home many hours later to a sweet-smelling, dust-free home and I was pleased until I saw that they didn't bother to even attempt to make up the bed - the clean linens from the dryer were heaped in a pile on my bed. Even if they didn't know how to put the duvet cover on, they could have at least folded it up or something! Maybe I'm too picky. Overall, the workers did what I asked but I was disappointed about the bed-maybe they ran out of time. No big deal in the long run. I feel I got what I paid for. Not a penny more or a penny less. I would have considered using this service on an ongoing basis if they had shown just a little more initiative. Finding them sitting in the vehicle waiting to start was annoying but probably a result of a communication glitch.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. The place was clean when they left. They were about an hour late because they got lost. They are usually about one-half hour late the last few times.

It went great! The two individuals that were here did a fantastic job! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. They were on time, polite, pleasant, and the quality was good. The individual that did the scheduling was very good and followed up with me, which was helpful.

Jonathan (the owner) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The ladies were EXCELLENT! It was the best $80 I've spent in a long time! They were on time, professional, friendly and did a fabulous job. They worked like crazy for the two dollars and I was so pleased. I will be using this service again and again!

Got this on Angie's List Big Deal and was very pleased with the service. In addition to the above cleaning, the girls also dusted ceiling fans, baseboards, crown moldings, stairs, etc., all within the 2 hours. They did a very thorough job and were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Maid To Sparkle Cleaning Services, and would use them in the future.

Scheduling with the owner, Jonathan, was a reasonable process. He was quite friendly, flexible, professional and easy to work with. His employees were on time and also very friendly. The cleaning itself took about 90 minutes. They did an excellent job - all rooms in the condo were spotless upon completion of their services. I would hire Maid To Sparkle again without hesitation.
