Called me right away to schedule and met my deadline:) I was very happy with the quality of service.

It was a little rough at first but after working with them on things that were missed they are now doing a good job. They are on time, personable and do whatever I ask with a good attitude. My old house cleaner came back and so I stopped using them. They didn't do as well as her, but they were OK in a pinch.

They did a very good job with cleaning our home before we put it on the market.

It was fine. The ladies were very nice and did a good job.

2 cleaning ladies showed up on time. But they seemed lacking energy, and many areas were left unclean. Things that were told that would be cleaned in my initial estimate by Jonathan were not cleaned (laundry room floor). Some kitchen counters, desks, shelves were missed. I have had other cleaning service before, and Maid to Sparkle is inferior.

The last encounter we had with this cleaning service was extremely upsetting and just an overall awful experience. I was home while they were cleaning and I overheard one of the ladies who was cleaning very loudly stating how "disturbing" and "disgusting" she felt one of the pieces of artwork in our home was. After listening to her go on some more, I asked her to please refrain from negatively commenting on our home. She very impolitely stated that it was her opinion and that she had every right to express how she felt. I reminded her that she was in our home to clean and acting very unprofessional. She very rudely said, "fine" and continued to clean. After this I went downstairs and overheard the other lady who was cleaning state how "gross" our bathroom was and the lady who had made the original comments say, "you better watch what you say" and they both started laughing. After this I decided to ask them to leave and they slammed our glass door on their way out. They slammed the door with so much force that I was afraid they had broken it. This experience was one of the worst encounters I've had in a very long time and I'm shocked that such a highly reviewed company would hire employees like this to work for them.

The girls were on time and very pleasant. They were fast and interested in what was important to me. They encouraged me to let them know anything I wanted and were happy to please! They missed a few places but frankly they found more things to clean than they missed so I was very pleased! I specifically wanted my floors done well which they did, and dust well, which they did - in lots of nooks and crannies. They wiped down my kitchen cabinets with murphy's and used that on my hard wood floors as well. Plus my house smelled fantastic when they were finished!

Went well. They asked questions about the services to be provided and finished 2 hours after they started.

The service did not work out that great. It wasn't a problem, it was just that I wasn't happy with the work they did. For $80 and 4 hours, I was expecting a better clean. There wasn't a problem with their timeliness, I just had other people clean the house, and they did a better job. They did a standard clean, they vacuumed and dusted, did the bathrooms, and stuff like that. It wasn't a deep clean, they didn't dust the baseboards, and the corners. We have 2 cats and so there's tons of hair around. She walked in, and said that if we needed it cleaner, then they needed more than 4 hours, and we needed to pay more money. I can clean the house in 4 hours. This house is only 1400sq feet. I have had other people come out, and the first time they come out they are great, and then they subsequently get bad.

Nothing. Service was not provided. Jonathan called and said some ladies were to come to clean about noon. Jonathan was very pleasant and courteous and arranged for cleaners to come. He also wanted feedback, so he may have had some reservations about them. They did not show up. I waited 4 hours and will not try again.

It took the 2 of them 4 and a half hours, at my request, that they do a thorough cleaning of the whole house with no regard to how long it took. I hung around for an hour in case they had any questions but it became clear that they knew exactly what to do and how to do it better. After a nice chat with them, I left and went to my office. When I returned, my house was cleaner than it has been in 10 years--and I have had a regular house keeper for all 10 years. The house glowed and smelled great! My husband and son noticed immediately how much cleaner things were. When Jonathan called that night for my feedback, I set Tammy and Melissa up as our regular housekeepers. Yesterday was their first normal cleaning and the house looked great! We just love our Sparkles! Our smiles and our house sparkle because of them!

They have always done a really good job for me. They have done some light organizing for me and also cleaning. They always do a thorough job for me. They are easy to work with and I am pleased with them.

Wow! These people know deep cleaning! Tammy and Melissa came over and worked for 5 hours until everything ( and I mean everything) was cleaned. They wiped walls, wiped down baseboards, chair rails, chairs, and crown moulding. They cleaned bathrooms, dusted (everything), washed all my windows, wiped down window sills and door frames. They vacuumed and mopped as well. My house showed beautifully - people commented on how clean the house was. My house went under contract within 3 days. I couldn't have done it with out them. I also wanted to state that Tammy and Melissa were extemely nice - they were warm and friendly while simultaneously hardworking and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and easy to work with team. Thank you Maid to Sparkle - you truly made my life easier and took a huge load off of me. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to friends and family without any hesitation. Thank you!

Jonathan went above and beyond to work around my crazy schedule. I had to reschedule several times. He is professional and responsive. Maid to Sparkle Cleaning Services sent an aggressive, professional team of ladies to tackle the workload of cleaning my house. The ladies were kind, informative and did a PHENOMENAL job!! It is fantastic to come home to such a clean house-it seriously makes my work day less stressful! The hardwood floors look awesome and I noticed that they paid a lot of attention to detail to the little things, dusting baseboards and fans, etc. The bathrooms are sparkling, as if they were brand new! I sincerely appreciate the extra effort and the extra time they spent transforming my house into a clean and inviting space! Please communicate how much I am grateful for the work they put into my house that day. Thank you!! I'll be contacting Maid to Sparkle again...

The two young ladies worked constantly without talking or phone calls. I would receommend them for broad sweep cleaning, they did not do any detailed cleaning, get behind things or in the corners. I plan to have them come back seasonally for floors, moving furniture to clean behind and rotate carperts.

Maid to Sparkle is great. I have been using them for over a year now and you can't beat the value. They are the least expensive provider, at least of the others that I have shopped around. Overall, they do a good job. Sometimes their punctuality can vary and I have had a few issues with their people not cleaning to my standard. However, as I said before, overall they are great and I am very satisfied with the value. I mean, I pay $200 for them to clean my 2,800 sq. ft. house twice a month how much can I really complain? Jonathan (the owner/manager) is super! He really goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Any issues I have had he has addressed right away, and he is so flexible regarding scheduling. My wife and I have hectic schedules but it is never a problem to switch days or move times. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good job at a great value.

Kayeln and Kayla were friendly, courteous and hardworking. They did a thorough job and would highly recommend them! Jonathan was great coordinating with our busy schedule and was very prompt. Maid to Sparkle was fantastic and we plan to use them again.

Women did an excellent job for my mother. Will hire again. Owner was out of town, and person answering phone was not immediately available. Women doing cleaning were excellent.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out just fine. They were very nice and I would love to use them again when I can afford to do it on a regular basis. There were no additional charges. I was really impressed with the work ethic of one of the ladies and the other lady was fine. The guy who runs the place was very nice and very easy to work with. It was a good price.

They did great. They did a good job, and there are no complaints at all. They were quick to respond and were flexible, because they were booked, and then they got an opening on Saturday. They were flexible, and they did a really great job.

Great service, Jonathan is very responsive and takes feedback well (had a concern with the first set of cleaners so he quickly switched them out.) The only thing that bothered me is the cleaners assigned to my house all seemed to smoke and brought the stench of smoke into the house with them each time.
