The two women were friendly, competent, efficient, and willing to answer all questions about their work and their company. It is very likely I will have them back.

Two cleaners came out and they were here for 2 hours. I thought they could have been more thorough. They brought their own cleaning supplies.

The two young women who came to do the cleaning were professional, polite and seemed to know their jobs well. I was very happy with their service and when I got a follow up call, I asked for someone to give me an estimate for regular cleaning. Twice the appointment was re-scheduled (once my fault), but no one ever showed up on the third appointment and I have not heard from them since. They had a really good shot at getting my business because I was very satisfied with the work of Casey and Brittany, but overall the company must have too much business not to follow up on an opportunity for regular customers. So, I would not recommend them, not based on the work done, but by the lack of follow through by the owners.

The service was fine. They sent out two people for two hours. They did a general cleaning of the entire house.

It's really good. They came on time and did what they said they would do. I would use their services in the future.

I had no problems with scheduling. I am still using them every two weeks. There was one issue with one of the housecleaners and Jonathan took care of this immediately. I am very clear with my expectations and they have honored my expectations 95% of the time.

The team arrived on time and didn't waste any time cleaning. They cleaned the kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, dusted, vacuumed and mopped the floors. They did a thorough job. We will call them back again.

I purchased a big deal, and I don't recall the exact price, but it was better than I've had with other services. They were very responsive and did a good job. I've had them back to clean again, and I was pleased. I was home during the second cleaning, and I needed to ask for two or so relatively minor details they missed, but that is normal from my experience. Overall, they're the best of three services I've used in Richmond.

The general quality of the service was good. They cleaned the bathrooms, the kitchen, vacuumed, dusted and mopped floors. I was generally satisfied, but this was definately a quick service and not a deep cleaning service. There were places where I saw things that were not scrubbed completely. However, considering the price and cost of the service I think it was a good deal. We will probably use this service again.

We were looking for someone to clean regularly. They half do the job and they don't follow through. They were supposed to leave a survey, they didn't. I'd had enough of fooling with them and would not recommend them.

Not a single issue. They now do my house every other week. I also just had them do a top to bottom cleaning of the house I am getting ready to sell. They did a tremendous job!

That went fine. They came out and did the work nicely. There was a time limit they didn’t get to clean the whole house though. Two cleaners came out for 2 hours each.

They do a very good job. The company is quite professional and are well organized. The ladies who come and clean do a very good job. We will start using them on a regular basis.

I was very satisfied with Maid to Sparkle cleaning service. When they finished cleaning my house everything did sparkle. They were very courteous and professional. I have a large house and they did an awesome job in two hours. I am definitely using Maid to Sparkle again.

The two young ladies that did the work were polite and professional. We just took possession of the house that day so the house was empty when they arrived, and we asked them to start in the bathrooms and then move to the Kitchen. Our direction was to clean all surfaces including the inside of cabinets and drawers. We questioned how much soap residue was on the master shower when they were done and we were told that they tried and couldn?t get it clean. I cleaned it the next day with a magic eraser and the works tub cleaner and it cleaned up easily. We also later discovered when we went to fill our cabinets and drawers that several must have been skipped, and we had to then clean them. I would say they did an OK basic cleaning at best, but we asked for a though cleaning of whatever they could complete in the time they had. I don?t feel like that is what I got. The people that I talked to over the phone, were really great and made me feel like they did their best to accommodate our schedule. Everyone was great to deal with, but the service performed was not what I was looking for.

They were very easy to schedule. We were moving; they cleaned our three story house. They did a wonderful job on the bathrooms, floors and baseboards. They were prompt and worked extra hard. I had no complaints.

Jonathan contacted me promptly once I purchased the Angie's List special and worked with me to schedule the appointment. I had just returned home from a yearlong deployment, and my house had sat idle during my absence and I wanted a clean place that smelled clean with which to return to. 2 people arrived and they worked the entire time they were there, cleaning cobwebs, dusting, sweeping, cleaning and scrubbing the bathrooms, my kitchen and inside the fridge (which had been emptied prior to my departure), mopping and even running the vacuum as they left; needlessly as a loved one had enlisted a carpet cleaning service a couple weeks before I landed home. Their efforts left me with a house that not only looked and smelled clean, but was truly clean. Between the prompt response to a schedule request, the fantastic job they performed, and Johnathan's repeat call upon their departure to ensure my satisfaction, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I contacted Maid to Sparkle via Angies List deal, in April. You get 2 girls for 2 hours, or 1 girl for 4 hours. The ad does not promise a full day of spring cleaning for $80. In 2007, M. Maids gave me a spring cleaning quote of $300. That's 7 years ago. And they did not deliver. I did not ask them to return. My house is too large for ME to clean by myself in 4 hours or 8 hours. Understanding the 2 hour time constraint, I asked for additional time, up front. I provided the cleaning team with very clear instructions. Focus on trouble spots, Bathrooms, floors, baseboards. I've used MTS cleaning service twice. I rate them A for cleaning, A for flexibility (Had to cancel), and A for following instructions and 5 stars. The only thing they could do to make it better, is cook dinner before they leave. I've hired cleaners, in the past which didn't compare to the Maid to Sparkle service. Professional and focused. The manager is cordial, and works closely with his team to get you on the schedule. Confirms prior to arriving, etc. I'm pleased with the service and will call them again! Another thing that helps: Pick up/tidy, so they can actually clean! They cleaned my house 2 weeks ago, it still looks great. Give Jonathan a call, communicate your 'level' of expectations, preferences. His team will take care of you! Now, I will admit that I am not a clean freak, nor do I white glove everything after they leave...but when my family gets home, they SEE that it is clean. Works for me!

They were proactive, punctual and thorough. I was called to set up the appointment. Called again the day before to confirm and after the service was completed to make sure that I was satisfied. Very easy to work with and do a great job. I highly recommend this team.

we have them 3 times. the first was so so. Last two times have been outstanding

The issue we had is that we did not have the same people clean our house every time even though that was agreed to up front. So there was one team that did a fantastic job and we would love to work with them again. But there were others who came sometimes, without notice, were typically quite late and did a terrible job (literally skipping rooms).

Home was cleaned in accordance with agreement and to me satisfaction
