The first time it was a Big Deal special, and was a great price and a great cleaning job resulted. The next two or three visits on our desired regular cleaning service saw price creep which was expected after the big deal one time, but became costly to our thinking due to the fact that the level of cleaning continued to decline from the first visit, and the rotation of staff that were unfamiliar with our layout & desires. We discontinued the service after about three visits.

I bought the 4 hours of work for $100 deal, and it worked out well! Scheduling was easy and the ladies were very accommodating to my schedule by coming on a Saturday. They came, they cleaned well, and left my house looking very nice. They were kind and very professional, i would definitely recommend this deal. Great bang for your buck!

FABULOUS! My house "sparkles" from top to bottom! Every item is picked up and dusted. I HATE SWIFFERS! What a great company. Jonathan (owner) is so easy to schedule with. I loved Melissa and Ann! So great and so easy to like!

The scheduler called very quickly after my purchase and we scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. He also called me the day before to be sure we were still on schedule. On the service date, they called to let me know they would be late. When they arrived, I found that even though I had discussed cathedral ceilings and fans that needed cleaning, this was not communicated to the cleaners. They immediately contacted a supervisor who said that Jonathan should not have indicated that service could be performed as they do not climb. They also don't do windows. The cleaners were apologetic, and I don't hold them accountable for an overzealous sales person / scheduler. They do make beds, but were not strong enough to put my bed-skirt back on the bed, so I asekd that they just leave it, but they put sheets on. They made the other bed. They did a fantastic job on 2 of the bathrooms. Lighting in my home is not bright and because they arrived late and it gets dark by 5 now, they prepared me that they may have missed spots. One of the cleaners was on her phone a lot. I was working from home on my porch and could hear that she was talking on the phone. When she wasn't on the phone the 2 kept up constant chatter ad I witnessed that when the mouth was in motion the hands were not. I had de-cluttered before they arrived. They started at 3:30 PM and were to finish by 5:30. At 5:35 I was notified that they hadn't done the half bath and they hadn't vacuumed downstairs or mopped the kitchen floor. I was told another $20 would be required in order to finish the work. I told her to finish what they were doing and leave. I also let her know that I am not satisfied, as I can clean this house in 4 hrs myself when it's been de-cluttered to the extent that I did before they arrived. They did take a few minutes to quickly run a vacuum over the downstairs living room and damp mopped my small kitchen. The cleaners were very interested in making sure I was satisfied and genuinely wanted to help since I have a back injury and cannot clean. I would not use this service again primarily because the scheduler / sales person did not set proper expectations, and because I feel the work could have been completed in the allotted time if the staff had been more focused.

Very well done, recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service (unfortunately there are some in the area that are not). Will be using again.

The two service providers arrived on time with an extremely positive attitude and perform the cleaning services we requested and purchased in an extraordinarily professional manner. Lindsey and Sara were friendly and we're full of energy. They worked hard and they worked fast. From a corporate perspective, the person who contacted me could not have been more professional and he worked really hard to get Lindsey and Sarah to our home days before our guests were scheduled to arrive. We will certainly use this service again. This was our second purchase on Angie's List and it's clear that we have made the right decision 2 times in a row. I've told a lot of people about Angie's List since this purchase and I will continue to do so.

Because of a scheduling mixup, the cleaners arrived later than planned, but the agency did call to notify me of the problem and they did provide a thorough housecleaning. I did not like the strong cleaning scent of the products they used since my prior providor had used eco friendly cleaning products that left no strong smell. I would use this company again because of the terrific price offered and because the staff were so thorough, perhaps asking them to use my own cleaning products instead.

My experience with them was pleasant. Their flexibility was good. I would recommend them for their great service.

They arrived on time and immediately went to work. Bathroom and kitchen got the most attention including floors scrubbed. Dusting, vacuuming rugs, lightly mopping hardwood floors. Cleaned front glass storm door. Took very particular care of some collectible items I have displayed. It was altogether a pleasant experience. They finished within two hours. Both ladies were friendly and pleasant and VERY hard workers. I look forward to having them again.

The team that came out to my house was very professional and understood exactly I wanted a basic wipe down and for the floors to shine. They were extremely good at what they did and were in and out in less than 2 hours, without sacrificing quality. They really hit the mark with us and we would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a good cleaning.

Jonathan contacted me after purchasing the deal and was able to accommodate my schedule right away. Two women arrived at my house on time (they may have been a few minutes early) and immediately began cleaning and did not stop or even slow down for a break for the entire 4 hour period. I was amazed at their almost superhuman skills! They were very professional and thorough and I would definitely use the service again.

They have terrific ratings on Angie's List but they don't seem to keep their phone on. The problem I had with them when I used them was that they didn't show up at one time and then the last time they came, I was in the hospital and my husband called them in an they ruined a table that I had in the hallway. I specifically told them as I tell every maid service that comes in through the front door, "This table should be dry dusted at all times because it has a laminate finish that I don't want to mess up", and they put something on my table that ruined the finish. Another thing that I had a problem with was when I call on several occasions their phone is disconnected. When I finally got through to them the guy wanted to reschedule and I told him I cant use a service I can't depend on. He was apologetic but if they can't afford to keep their phone on how professional does that make the business. Their prices are good but I would never use them again. I spent something like $135 when I last used the ma couple years ago. The cleaning was good when they came but the fact that they weren't reliable made me waste my time and my money.

After arriving early for their appointment (which typically would have been a wonderful thing, but that day I was out of the house at an appointment) I was set to expect a frustrating experience. I was totally wrong! The girls were apologetic for the miscommunication in time and did a wonderful job making my home sparkle. They even offered to change a light bulb that has been burned out for weeks that I have been unable to change due to surgery. They were professional and courteous. Jonathan was easy to talk to in setting up the timing and understanding in my time constraints. I will definitely use them again!

Two women were sent for 2 hours. One woman was professional and thorough, deserving an A rating. The other woman (whom I gather was fairly new), was slower and not as thorough or conscientious which brought my overall rating down somewhat. A small picture frame must have fallen or something as it ended up getting cracked. I wasn't informed that this happened. I found it after the women left. I know accidents happen but I think I should have been told. It turned out that 2 hours and two people was not enough, as I had to spend an additional $40 over the Big Deal price of $80. I would hire the company again, but I would request that just one of the women return.

Jonathan with Maid to Sparkle called me the same day I purchased the deal and we scheduled the cleaners to come out the next day. Jonathan was very professional and called to follow up on the cleaning to see what we thought. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the work that was performed by the cleaners. There were crumbs still on the counter and island from breakfast, the carpet in our den had not been vacuumed, the tub was 90% clean (you could see where they didn't wipe down the last 10% of the bottom of the tub), and the back door was left unlocked and open. In their defense, it is an Anderson door that requires you to pull up on the door lever handles to lock the flush bolts into place so it is not a common door they would normally see. We did leave a note with our phone number so they could have called and asked how to close and lock the door if they couldn't figure it out. When Jonathan called to see about the cleaning I expressed these concerns with him and he offered to send a different crew back out the following day for an hour. I told him that I appreciated the offer but we were not interested in using them for anymore work. If you decide to use this company I would tell Jonathan your expectations and verify they will send an experience crew. We will not be using them anymore which is unfortunate since we've had a good experience with them in past.

The team of two arrived promptly, even though they'd been given relatively short notice. They were courteous and personable and tackled a tough cleaning job with professional efficiency. They did a great job and made excellent use of the time spent on the house.

Really did a great job. Actually had 2 e hour visits with 2 ladies each time. They were very thorough and I plan to use the service again. Pleasant and stayed on the job the entire time. I felt that I got more than my money's worth.

The ladies were great. Found out one of them just started. I have had house cleaners at our previous home for years and know what a good job looks like. I have ADD and they were wonderful in putting some of my junk and my kids junk into piles and then cleaning...not just cleaning around object scattered. I asked them to focus on the floor, dusting and the bathrooms...we have 3 full baths..our house is 2200 sq feet. We haven't had the place cleaned since May. 2 hours was obviously not giving anyone in the world enough time for our dusty home. But I have to say these ladies worked their tushies off. We got an estimate from Jonathan the manager and he is so good with communication I must say. We have hired them now bi-weekly. Oh and changing sheets is included in their pricing. We have always had to pay extra for that!

Did a good job in cleaning. But late to work without any notification or communication
