The first clean was less than satisfactory. However the team they sent out (the next day after my complaint) to remediate the mediocre cleaning were amazing! They worked very hard to clean everything that was missed in the first cleaning and re-clean the surfaces that were poorly cleaned (for instance, an air intake vent that previously may or may not have been lightly feather dusted, but needed to be wiped down to get rid of what I call humididust (what happens when you mix dust and humidity and let it cake on). There were a few minor things that still got skipped (dust on top of the fridge, one window worth of blinds), but considering the re-cleaning task set before them, I was incredibly pleased with how this team redeemed their company's service.

They did an excellent job. The cleaners were professional, arrived on time, and paid attention to details.

They completed the job that was needed (bathroom cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning).

They were originally supposed to be at the residence around noon but either called (or showed up) around 10:00. My client was not ready for them but they then went on to another house and came back closer to the originally scheduled time.

Reached Jonathan, the owner on the first try and he was able to accommodate my situation quickly. The two worker ladies showed up on time, talked with me about what I needed and quickly got to work. It was a pleasure having them help out as they were so agreeable to what I needed and worked very efficiently. I appreciated their flexibility & positive energy. They made the hard wood floors shine, spiffed up the bathrooms and removed everything related to dust, vacuumed all carpets & removed the trash. They brought all of their own cleaning equipment and products - very convenient. I highly recommend this company and will be using them on a regular basis, if I can get my mother to agree!

Very well. I was quite pleased and would have these two women back to clean at more regular intervals.

when i checked the upstairs there was a lot of dirt on the floors - when i asked how it happened they told me their vacuum had broken and didn't pick up everything . I lent them by vacuum and they cleaning all the rugs again. The cleaning of the the bathroom was poor and the baseboards and floor also had to be done. When I became annoyed at them and told them so - one of the women simply replied " well, you only paid for tree hours of work." One of the cleaners attitude was very poor and didn't appear to wnat to cooperative - the after woman tried to help .

Beyond my expectations! Two young ladies called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and arrived right when they said they would. I paid for 2 hours of cleaning, so didn't think they'd get everything done, but they did, and more! I've hired lots of cleaning services before, and have always been a little disappointed but not this time. They did a great job, got more done than I expected, were polite and punctual, and professional. I'll definitely hire Maid to Sparkle again!

It went very well. The company is organized and they arrived within the time frame designated.

Quality was bad as they finished very limited work within 4 hours. After adding two extra hours, it was not finished even though we did not ask them to clean carpet since it was new.

The results were below my expectation. We just changed the carpet, so not much for carpet. Main jobs were cleaning bathrooms, windows, hardfloor on the first floor, and kitchen. After 6 hours of labor, only 3 bathrooms were cleaned. To be fair, they did a reasonable job for bathrooms. Then after another order of 4 hours, they mop the hardwood floor, wipe the dust, and finish a half bath. The amount of work two ladies were able to finish was not efficient since they were not concentrated on the job. The cleaning for windows, kitchen, and hardwood floor was not shine. With 10 hours of labor cost, i would definitely not recommend to anyone else.

Ok floors not actually cleaned. Light mopping just swished over. One time used some kind of cleaning product but did not rinse mop floor was slippery even dry. Same with dusting. Feather dusting. Cleaned some blinds and not others

Sub Par ... one of the two women sent had faulty vacuum that didn't pick up all dirt from rugs and when it was shown to her she said " I did the floors but you only paid for 3 hours " - I wound up giving her our household vacuum and she redid the floors again. Other issues as well.

It seemed that they rushed through everything. There was still dirty underthings when I picked them up and they didn't dust.

Good. I showed the two women the windows, cleared space, and they dusted and cleaned as they moved from room to room doing the windows. They two seemed to work well together. Both were friendly and courteous, and tolerant of my dogs.

They worked most of the allotted time but took a 25 minute break which curtailed some of what they could accomplish.

Very well. Situation was helped by the fact that the previous owners left a pretty clean house to move into!

It went very well! Prior to the appointment I was contacted by Linda. I told her we have hardwood floors and she let me know what products they have available and asked which I preferred. Initially, I was concerned about a 2 person team. I've used other cleaning companies and I'd found that one worked while the other talked, texted or watched the 1st person. This was not the case with Kayt and Tessa, who arrived on time and with all the supplies they needed. I explained what rooms I needed cleaned first and they went straight to work on those and then onto the other rooms. One of the nice things about Maid to Sparkle is if I like a particular team, that is the team who will come back the next time.

Best thing I ever did! It was wonderful to come home to a sparkling clean home. Everyone was very professional, they stayed in touch though-out the process and alerted me when they were finished.
