The quality and consistency of the cleaning just didn't meet my expectations. There were quite a few instances where some trash cans were not emptied and one time the kitchen sink had cleaning product applied but was not rinsed off. I called once to complain but generally didn't see a huge improvement. There were also a few times where various cleaning supplies (buckets, spray bottles) were left behind. While free cleaning products are nice, it really made me question the overall attention to detail by the team. Overall the cleaning staff seemed quite young and experienced, and there was a fair amount of turnover over the six months I used them. The cost of the cleaning was extremely affordable but I'd rather pay more for the peace of mind of a thorough cleaning.

I wasn't very happy with the experience. The cleaner they sent was very young and inexperienced. I couldn't tell much of a difference after she had left. Our wood floors were cleaned with murphy's oil soap which potentially caused long term damage, so I was in panic mode after she left. Overall I feel professional cleaner's should know which products to use for the most part. Wouldn't use them again.

Very responsive company, with flexibility when rescheduling needs to occur. Crew who cleans may change on a weekly basis, so some weeks are better than others; overall, though, good service.

I've had very good customer service and I've used them multiple times. They have different teams that come and clean and they all have done a very good job. The owner Jonathon has been very nice to work with.

Hired 2 people for 2 hours (4 hours total cleaning) to assist me with getting a 3300 sq. ft. home ready for the new owners. There wasn't time to get the whole house clean, so I had the 2 person crew focus on deep cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, and just go over the floors.

The company was extremely flexible in offering cleaning on a Saturday! The women did a great job. Showed up on time, worked hard, and the house looked great.

When i bought the offer, the form asked for 3 possible service dates, which I provided. On the 2nd possible service date provided they just showed up at the door, no call to confirm or nothing.

Miscommunication made me ask for a refund.

They were great. They sent two young women out. They were very efficient and very fast. They got the job done. They came when they said they would. They were half an hour late which is not a big deal. I was just very impressed. They were very nice. They were very professional, very efficient and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They were very polite and nice. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

They did a good job. They come out every 2 weeks. They are reliable.

I was contacted and scheduled promptly and received a call the day before the scheduled service date. We agreed on a window of time for the service; two people showed up within that time period. I explained what I needed done, they estimated what they could complete, and did a very good job. They were great, and I am pleased with the quantity and quality of work they performed. I also received a follow-up call to make sure everything went well.

Excellent experience - both ladies were very nice and pleasant. They worked for the entire 2 hour duration and covered all the requested areas in the house. I'd bring them back again - my house has never been cleaner.

This crew of cleaners that came this time did an overall good job but I have used this company before and the previous crew was much better and did an excellent and more thorough clean. If I were to use them again I would rather have the first team but it was still worth it.

I had a coupon from Angie's List for housecleaning to have 3 people come out for 1 hour. They cleaned a few rooms. They did two bathrooms, the living room, a bedroom and the kitchen. The cleaning that they did was alright, but I have had better cleaning services. Somehow a couple of my dishes got broken. There were two women and one man that came out to do the work and they came when they said they would.

They were fine. I used them once. They were on time. They did a good job. They didn’t get to clean the whole house because the $80 only covered certain amount of square footage. I would definitely have them back if I needed to have someone else besides my normal people. It was a fair price.

My wife went out of town last-minute and I decided to surprise her with a house cleaning. I bought the $80 deal for 4 hours of service (2 cleaners for 2 hours), and contacted the company on a Saturday to see if they could come and clean Monday. I honestly didn't think they would be able to accommodate my request on such short notice, but Jonathan got in touch with me the very next day and was able to fit me in for Monday. The cleaners were very courteous and got a ton accomplished in just 2 hours. They cleaned all 3 of our bathrooms, the kitchen and our downstairs rooms and had time to vacuum upstairs as well. They finished up by mopping our kitchen and hallway floors on their way out. Big thanks to Jonathan for helping me give my wife a much-needed New Year's gift!

The cleaners did an amazing job of cleaning our house. They even cleaned the fridge, oven and windows. There was a slight misunderstanding in that we had purchased a coupon for four hours, and the cleaners ended up spending more time. But since we weren't notified before they performed the extra work, Maid To Sparkle honored the price we paid. Will definitely use them again next time we need cleaning services.

The two cleaners arrived promptly and worked for 41/2 hours to clean a 1750 sq.ft. rental property that I own. The house was very dirty and needed intensive cleaning. They did a very good job. The bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned and the house cleaned through out. The kitchen stove had a lot of grease and they did a once over that required more cleaning on my part. They at least got the stove clean to the point where I could use the self-clean option. The two cleaners were very up front about things that they could not get clean. |I would use this service again. They also scheduled quickly and were able to come in before the holidays which was important to me.

Even though they were 10 minutes late, they worked extra hard to get every thing finished and did so most thoroughly. Jonathan was wonderful.

I had an empty townhouse to clean before renting it. Two ladies came right on time and cleaned everything, including kitchen shelves and drawers. The place was in perfect shape to show!! The ladies were polite and busy as bees; they worked in an efficient manner.

The two young ladies were wonderful! Listened to all my requests when they first arrived. Followed through perfectly. Owner Jonathan was a pleasure to work with; made sure to call the day before to confirm. Very fair about the rates; charged the same Angie's List price of $40 per hour with the additional added hour (= $120 for 3 hours). I'd have no hesitation using Maid to Sparkle again.

They continue to do a great job. I have them come out and clean every couple of weeks. I would highly recommend their services to others. They honest and professional and I intend on using them in the future.

It was a Big Deal purchase. I did use them a couple of times and they were fine. I did not continue using them but for the time I had them, I didn't have any problem and they were fine. They came within a month after the purchase. I don't believe there were additional charges for the service. They were fine. I had no complaints.

Great communication. They showed up when they said they would and were polite and courteous. They did a great job.
