It was just okay. We have had them before and the have been pretty impressive but we had moved to another provider and the other company by far was better. With Sparkle Clean basically, I had a couple of young girls. They were cute and they were polite and friendly and all that but I think they were more focused on talking about their lives and buckling down. I felt it was mediocre at best. I would probably try them one more time because we were so impressed the first time we used them.

Went very well. We had two ladies who did the work. No time was wasted and they were very thorough in what they did. Their services included all of what one would expect (dusting, window cleaning, baseboards and fan cleaning etc) in preparing a home for a "move out" inspection by a property manager and when they left, the house sparkled. The women made sure that they took care to address all of our concerns and listened carefully to what we asked them to do.

My experience with them has turned out fine. We have continued to use them. They did a good job, so we have continued to use them. One day we came home and the house wasn't too clean. We didn't think they did a stellar job, so we were going to discontinue using them. The manager called and said, "Can I ask why?" And I said, "Yeah, because the house isn't clean." And so she came out and she looked and she was very upset with the people that had done the cleaning. They can back the next week and didn't charge us for it. They then did a good job, so we've continued to use them.

Excellent! The team arrived on time and completed a great deal of work. The amount and quality of cleaning was superb. I feel that I got an amazing deal! We will absolutely contact and use this service again even if there are no discounts or specials available. The quality was very good and the staff was great.

I purchased this big deal over a year ago - house cleaning two hours for two people or four hours for one. A team of two arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to thoroughly clean my entire home in about a hour and half. It was almost embarrassing how much they got done in such a short period of time. They did a good job. I only purchased this deal as a treat to myself, but if I were to ever use regular cleaning services, I would not hesitate to use this company.

I have 4 bathrooms in the house and use my 4 'labor hours' to clean those exclusively, plus the kitchen. So that works out to about 45 minutes a bathroom. We don't use the shower/tub in 2 of the 4 bathrooms, so I leave those out, which means the ladies have 45 minutes per bathroom to basically clean a toilet, sink and floor. The last couple times I have checked the floors after they left, and they were clearly not cleaned. I have two toddlers who are potty training (which is why I request so much bathroom cleaning) and the floors were still stained and sticky. I had to clean them myself after the cleaning service left. Floors are supposed to be "vacummed and hand washed" according to their website promise. They didn't even appear mopped, much less hand washed. Also I requested the kitchen be cleaned yesterday, but the ladies left without even touching the kitchen table (breakfast place mats still left in their exact location with my kids' food remnants; the table not cleared or scrubbed; the rug still had food crumbs) and the microwave was not touched (they are supposed to clean the inside of the microwave per their website description for cleaning services.) Also, while I have tried to schedule MTS bi-weekly to get the same crew each time, the last 3 cleanings have all been different employees (5 different employees over 6 weeksl.) I tip the employees very well ($30/service, or 30%) but with so many revolving employees, the tips are ineffective in bringing consistent, high-quality work. It's also very unsettling to have new people in your house every 2 weeks, plus a burden on you - the client - to tell each new crew what needs to be done each time. Lastly, some of their employees smoke and while they are good about finishing up their cigarettes in their cars, they carry the stench of cigarette smoke with them inside. My son has several airborne allergies and this is another reason I actually don't allow the cleaners into my kids' rooms (just the bathrooms.) I like Jonathan personally and he's always been receptive to feedback, but I have had too many 'red flags' over multiple cleanings to continue using MTS.

I was supposed to get 4 hours and I only got 3. Their car broke down so they were late. They didn't do the windows which was the reason I hired them. The girls who did the cleaning were very nice and did a good job but they were worried about the time. It was not worth $100 that I paid. I was looking for a company to do monthly cleanings but this one won't be it.

Find. Nothing extraordinary to report.

I heard from the owner within hours of buying the deal and we were scheduled for a convenient time in less than a week. Two staff came on 3/19 and did an excellent job cleaning. We were impressed. We had Jonathan over today (3/20) for a quote and have signed up for cleaning from them every two weeks. We have 2 dogs and 4 cats and all hardwood floors with vinyl in kitchen and bath.

The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The team did a great job and it was really easy to get the appointment scheduled.

I attempted to schedule with this company shortly after I purchased this deal and it fell through. I scheduled once again for yesterday and they were a no call/ no show. I am cancelling this big deal and requesting a refund from Angie's List.

Overall it went pretty well. The Big Deal was for 2 hours of cleaning. I was really pleased with the owner. He was fantastic. The cleaning was alright. If anything, it kicked my butt into high gear for the things I should already be doing. Watching them, I thought I can do this. What I was really impressed with the owner. He was fantastic. I called him afterwards because they had left trash under the trash bag in the trash can. I called him and aired my grievances. He is really focused on improving his organization. I was very pleased with that. There were three people who came and cleaned. The girls who came out were very pleasant to speak with. I was less impressed with the cleaning than the owners ease to contact and speak with. When I was growing up, my mom cleaned house and I went with her. I remember checking to make sure there were lines in the carpet and stuff. So my expectations are higher. There were lots of things undusted, such as the electronics. They told me they weren't able to and the owner said that was wrong because they were suppose to dust anything that had a surface.

With the exception of their being 2 1/2 hours late - the cleaning went very good. The ladies were polite and very professional.

Everything turned out fine. I gave them a priority list and they did everything I had asked them to do. I was appreciative of that. Jonathan was good at keeping in touch with me and even called the night before to confirm.

It turned out well. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were nice. The guy who scheduled it seemed a little bit harried. He did get back to me. I can't remember why I had the impression that he was kind of over extended for some reason. But I did have that impression. I had read somewhere in another post that he sort of promised things and then maybe didn't communicate them to the people who worked for him. I did have that impression a little bit although they were super friendly and nice. I talked to him about two windows that I wanted cleaned and he said that they normally didn't do windows but they could do that if they could do it in the time allotted. They did. But I explained that to them. I don't think he had mentioned it to them. They were fine. It wasn't a hard job because it was an empty house. At first I was like, "Oh, they didn't do a very good job" But then when I tried to do it myself I couldn't do it either. So I think that their job was fine. I thought I would probably use them again if I needed to. I liked them. They were here when they were supposed to be here.

Our experience with Maid to Sparkle had it's ups and downs. They did a good job of sending us the same "crew" almost every time and when they couldn't, Johnathan was always good about calling and letting us know and asking if we wanted to reschedule - which we really liked. Our main person was wonderful and very thorough most of the time and we were quite happy for several months. We were thrilled to have found a cleaning service that didn't seem to cut corners and really scrubbed! However, we had to let them go due to items in our home being broken (one of which I personally witnessed) and it not being brought to our attention and actually tried to cover the damage up. The items themselves were not expensive or of great sentimental value, but it was a thing where I asked myself, "If they would lie about this silly little thing, what else would they lie about?" Now, it's back to the drawing board to find a company that can give us a good quality clean that we can trust.

They do a great job. I have had them out 2 or 3 times. They are always very sweet and good.

They were good the first time I used Maid to Sparkle but seemed they did not have the same efficient employees they were using.
