It sparkled and the women were fantastic. Melissa was great! Jonathan was very responsive at scheduling and following up.

Everything was wonderful. The person on the phone was nice, professional, and spoke perfect English. I had them clean a rental property between tenants, and they did a wonderful job. I did not get to meet the cleaners, since I simply left the door unlocked for them, but they obviously take pride in their work.

Kelly and Bianca did a FANTASTIC job at getting my home to sparkle! They worked hard and worked fast. I have not seen my 40+year old tub ever that white since I bought the home several years ago. They cleaned my blinds and windows like a pro. Everything else, from floor to ceiling looked great. So great, I hired them for weekly service! Jonathan kept in excellent contact with me from scheduling to follow up. A definite recommend.

They are wonderful. I can afford them. They come in and do a good job. They are clean people. They are reliable. They like my dog. The payment varies. One there was new girl and he did something not right but it was not major and they cut off $25 from the cost. I will definitely recommend them. They clean my floors but they don’t polish or wax it.

This went a lot better than expected. First there was great communication from Maid to Sparkle, next they showed up exactly when they scheduled, and finally, the two employees that showed up, did a great job to top it all off. When the need comes to get more cleaning done, they will be the company we will be dealing with. We were very satisfied with the work that they did and the professionalism that went along with the whole deal.

I'm disappointed with the service I received. Although the ladies were very nice and arrived on time, they did not do a thorough job cleaning my house. There were spots missed on the floor where I could still see debris. Where they dusted, they didn't even attempt to put items on my tables back where they were. The stovetop still has quite a few grease spots and they didn't bother to move things out of the way when vacuuming. I saw a dead spider behind the door in the bathroom still left there from before - proving they did not thoroughly clean the floor. I asked them to put bedding on one of my beds and it was very sloppy to say the least. My husband probably could have done a better job. Needless to say, they won't be coming back.

Although the cleaners were excellent, we will look for another company that has better scheduling procedures and customer responsiveness. The booking through Angie's list for their 4 hour "deal" was ignored and required a phone call from me to remind the office of the promised cleaning, the day of the cleaning. The cleaners did such a good job that we called the office to make a regular scheduled cleaning. The office promised to call us with a price for regular cleaning and schedule the service. That was almost three weeks ago, and we have not heard from them again.

This is the second time something got broken by cleaners and I was left to find it after they departed the premises. One was a picture frame and the other was a custom handmade statue. That's the reason for the low professionalism rating. The vacuuming was done around things rather than moving lightweight items to clean behind, e.g. 8# bag of dog food.. It was the same with the dusting. I hesitated to fill this rating out because I had good rapport with the company manager and have no qualms with him. Perhaps the workers need more training??

Very thorough cleaning job, especially the appliances. I wasn't with them, as it was a move-out clean, but I met the cleaners, and they seemed very courteous and professional.

I was very pleased with the service we received. Jonathan was very pleasant, helpful and professional to deal with on scheduling and price. They sent 2 young ladies to clean the house. As promised, the maids called when they were almost done for me to come inspect their work, and were hard at work when I arrived to inspect. They were pleasant and professional, pointing out the work they had completed and what they had not gotten to yet. The house looked very good, smelled wonderful. They had to do a bit of extra cleaning as my elderly parents had not done regular deep-cleaning for a long time. Lots of grime buildup on walls and blinds. Maid to Sparkle did a great job and I would recommend them to others.
