Lindsay called me when she was on her way and arrived promptly at 9:30am. To begin, she asked me what I wanted to be done and if there were areas that I wanted her to pay special attention. She was detail-oriented and showed initiative (for example, she took the magazines out of the rack in the bathroom because, as she told me later, they were dusty and she cleaned and put them back, leaving the rack noticeably better looking). There are a couple of glass shelves with a lot of little things on them and she cleaned that very well, and I was delighted to see that every little thing was back in a way that was almost unnoticeable that they had been moved. She was focused on the work the whole time and was not distracted with cellphone calls, which I don't appreciate. At the end she summarized for me what she'd done and not done, which I found very professional. In sum, I was quite pleased.

They did a great job and cleaned things I haven't touched in the year I've owned my home! I would definitely call them again.

There were obvious areas omitted from cleaning. An empty bonus room was not vacuumed. Two empty walk-in closets were not cleaned vacuumed. Stairs were not vacuumed. Some windows were not cleaned and visible dust and dirt on top of the majority of baseboard trim. When contacted, the owner had another crew come out promptly to vacuum omitted areas. (At the time, had not discovered problems with windows and baseboards). A crew of 3 for 3 hours should be more than enough to do a move-out clean of a show-ready 1,800 sq foot house. However, this particular crew cut corners and left us with a disappointing result in preparation for an open house the following day. I would recommend that owner conduct more careful screening and/or training of crew members to ensure quality of his product.

The cleaning scheduled on September 21, 2015 was less than satisfactory. One of the ladies took multiple breaks leaving the other cleaner to pick up the slack to clean the house by herself in some instances. Needless to say, the house cleaning appeared half done and was less than acceptable. Ironically, we received a call later on that evening from a gentleman (who I believed to be the owner), apologizing for the lack of service and offering to send another crew out for an hour and a half to clean the areas that were not done correctly by the first crew. Apparently the lady who was doing most of work during the first cleaning went back to the office and told the management about her partners unwillingness to do her job. So I took them up on their offer to send another crew back to the residence to correct the areas that were missed. Unfortunately I live 2 hours away from the house and it meant scheduling another day of my time to meet the cleaning crew at the residence to do a redo of what was suppose to be done correctly the first time. Long story short, tthe second crew came out and I explained and showed them the areas I needed them to focus on. They did an O.K. job, however missed wiping down the kitchen cabinets which was one of the items I pointed out to them. The left abruptly when they finished that I had to chas them down to give them a tip. However, they left before I could do a full inspection of the house. I decided at that point not to call the company and complain because I didn't have the time to reschedule for them to come back out. However, my house is not that big and it was not left in horrible comdiition by the previous tenants. So I really don't Understand how the cleaning of the house was so difficult. It was a vacant house with no furniture and the only real focus areas to clean were the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I appreciate the company's effort to make it right by sending out a second cleaning crew at no additional cost. However, I still feel the work was not completed and done to my satisfaction.

Overall it was good for the price, but the cleaning wasn't as thorough as I like.

Two ladies did the job. I wasn't hundred percent satisfied with their bathroom cleaning. But they followed my instructions and used the cleaning supplies I wanted them to use. They did a bit rush job, however I made sure I could get as much as I can get done from them in 2 hours. They were very nice about it. I used a coupon, so it was a reasonably priced experience. I would use them again if the service wasn't so expensive.

They did a stellar job that was verified by our realtor. They were thorough and made the house shine forever the new owners. Thanks for doing a great job!

They cleaned the house

t this provedIn the past, with other companies, it's always been a trial to get the company to acknowledge the problem and then another problem to get anything done to fix it. These guys immediately verified the problem and arranged to have it taken care of. This incident just confirmed my faith in their integrity. I've always been happy with the cleaning but this proved what a high quality company they are!

The owner was very responsive and willing to coordinate his "teams" to accommodate my client's schedule. The ladies did a very nice job with everything that was included in the "move-in, move-out" cleaning.

The gentleman who took my call and did the scheduling was enthusiastic, responsive and easy to work with. The women who came to do the job were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked them to call or text me when they were 10-15 minutes from finishing so that I could return to the house and see how it looked. They did, and I walked into a lovely, clean, ready-to-sell home. The fridge looked so clean that I joked they must have tossed it out and ordered a new one. :) I'm very happy with this service, and would absolutely use them again.

They left 20 minutes prior to the 3 hours I paid for. They were late.

No show first time. Seems like they hire temp personnel the day of to clean house. Had to instruct the cleaners the entire time. Very friendly but my from experience doesn't hold up to their promises on what gets cleaned and the experience of the cleaners.

Two maids spent 3 hours each (total of 6 hours) cleaning our house. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is approximately 2400 square feet. They were professional, thorough, systematic and attended to many of the small details which are sometimes overlooked. We would hire them again, and plan to do so. The office also followed up to request my feedback and ensure satisfaction when the services were completed.

They did a fantastic job and I will use them again in the future.

ember Comments: I have used this cleaning service for almost 2 years now. I was introduced to them via a deal on Angies List. I am no longer using their services or can continue to recommend them. During my last cleaning, which was this July, my engagement ring and a handbag were stolen. I noticed these items were missing immediately that same day as I had left my ring on my kitchen counter on my "ring plate" and my hand bag on my entryway floor. I should have hidden these things prior to leaving my home for the cleaning but I didn't. I notified the owner, Johnathan, about my missing items right away. Long story short, a police report was filed and an investigation conducted but unless the police can find the item and convict one of the cleaners there is no restitution for me. Johnathan has wiped his hands of it and will only take steps upon a conviction. Needless to say my husband and I are devastated. If you are looking for cleaning service I would not recommend this company because if anything should happen, you will be on your own. The cleaning service was not worth the loss neither emotionally or financially. If I had to do over, I would have had stay with my former cleaning service, Maid Brigade, and paid the slightly higher fee.

They did a good job and I was pleased with them.

They cleaned everything, top to bottom including the fridge, oven, and shower doors. Such a nice feeling to have a sparkling clean house.

The cleaning went really well. The ladies did a great job and were very flexible (I had no water, so I had to purchase gallon jugs for them to use). I would use them again.
