They did a great job-floors looked nice and clean and upholstered prices we we vacuumed. I'm out of town but Jonathan was very efficient in getting it scheduled to accommodate me. Promptness in all communication . Better job than previous service. I've hired them on a regular basis.

It went well. They did a good job. Not a lot of details. It was basic stuff. I was happy.

The providers arrived at the arranged time and asked what my friend wanted done. She listed a few things including her teenage boys bathroom. She sid they did a good job and is pleaded that I am sending them again.

Arrived on time with everything they needed to get the job done right. Cleaned kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom and cleaned 20 windows. Two people worked 3 hours (6 total hours of work) Michelle and Nikki were both friendly, efficient and I was happy with the job they performed

Excellent. Came home after the cleaning and it looked like the house really did "sparkle". Tried other cleaning services that would do a fair job but did not have a just cleaned look. Not with Maid to Sparkle. Came home and the house sort of popped with a clean smell and look. Immediately called to schedule additional services. Lastly their price is very reasonable. All around an excellent experience and looking forward to continued partnership with Maid to Sparkle!

The two women arrived on time and went to work immediately. They knew what to do without instructions, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

She had asked the provider to focus on the bathrooms and window treatments. Overall the quality of the work was lacking and we were not impressed with the provider. We found cobwebs and dirt left behind after they were done and basically redid the cleaning job ourselves.

It went very well. Jonathan was on point regarding scheduling and the two ladies were total pros. We had them come before Thanksgiving and Xmas and it made things so.much.better. I will def be contacting MTS in the future for more services.

Considering all the reviews, the A rating and all the Angie's awards, we were disappointed . Many areas were not cleaned or dusted. A picture was accidentally knocked off the wall, but we did not realize that a 3x3/4 inch chunk of wood was knocked out of the wallboard until after they left. There was too much talking the last 20- 30 minutes. Jonathan did offer a credit or 1 hour of service, but we declined.

The maids were excellent in all matters; timing, quality and professionalism. What else can I say? We'll have them back for future work at the house. Great job!

I was 9 months pregnant during the cleaning, and needed help cleaning, organizing, and generally straightening. The cleaning team consisted of two ladies, and they were very personable and did an excellent job. My only complaint is that when I asked the main office to give me a quote for routine cleaning based on the trial cleaning, I never got a response!

I purchased a deal via the Angie's list website. Scheduling the cleaning was simple and quick. Someone called the evening before to confirm and the next day to follow up to ensure I was happy with the service. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning which resulted in two cleaners for 2 hours. The women were punctual, very polite, and did a good job.

Two women showed up late. I had called the office when they were 1 hour late and was told they stopped back in the office to pick up a new vacuum. One woman began in the master bath and the other began cleaning the windows. I had previously removed the screens and raised the blinds for all windows. The window cleaner did a great job on the windows but it took her about the entire 3 hours. The other woman who began in the master bath spent almost the entire time cleaning that bath, bedroom and the guest bath and bedroom. Here's the thing - she didn't move anything to dust, she forgot to dust half the furniture, she spend most of her time talking on her cell phone, and my husband's gold and diamond wedding room is missing. He was a fool to leave it out but it's gone. Given the half assed cleaning we received, the lateness, and the ring I'd never use these folks again.

The cleaning went well. The crew arrived on time, did what I expected in a timely manner, and even brought a Christmas card. I would use this provider again.

The ladies arrived on time and after a quick tour to discuss what was to be done they went straight to work. They cleaned the bathrooms and all of the other rooms in the house including wiping the baseboards. One of them gave me a few pointers on how to clean certain items as well. They finished on time and left the house smelling fresh and clean.
