Good surface cleaning and responsive to items pointed out, for the next visit only. Did not dustmop under chairs, sofas, tables. Ruined a couple of rugs using bleach in bathrooms. Broke a light fixture.

Punctuality has NEVER been a problem with Sparkle. This is a rarity because most cleaning services make it on time for the first two or three visits and then they start missing appointment times and even miss entire days. After using this service for awhile, we are extremely pleased with their service. The house does indeed sparkly when they leave.

I have used MTS at our old house and they did a good enough job for the amount we were paying. I tried them out at our larger house and not sure if they just ran out of time. We paid for a move in package. I told them to not do the oven since we don't use it. So they had the fridge and the rest of the house to do. No beds were made but maybe that isn't included. They did arrive in time and were here for 2 hours...2 ladies. Our house is 3400 sq feet. There were some items that I was not happy about and the reason we won't hire for bi-weekly cleaning. Our island in the kitchen still had crumbs on it and the counters were not wiped. My daughters bathroom wasn't touched. There were 2 trash cans in 2 bathrooms that were not touched. The trash in the kitchen was not taken out. I had left after 30 minutes and our babysitter was here. So I have no idea how much time was spent where. When I talked to her she was not impressed (she has been with us for years and saw their cleaning at our old house)...she then told me they took smoke breaks. I am not sure if that was included in our cleaning time or not. They are one of the cheaper cleaners and gave me 10 percent off of my bi-weekly cleaning before. But I will look elsewhere. The manager Jonathan is a really nice guy but I am sure there is only so much he can control.

Great with scheduling - had to have the work done by a certain date & Jonathan was very accommodating. Amanda and Rachalle showed up on time, both were very nice & they did a great job. Very positive experience.

Did a really nice job. Two people came for hours. I needed the house freshened up for visitors. They dusted, vacuumed, cleaned hardwood, cleaned bathrooms, changed sheets, did the kitchen and more.

Excellent service. Very pleased by the quality of work and by professionalism of owner.

Both women showed up on time and did a good job cleaning the house. For the price and time they had they did a good job. I'd use them again.

The ladies did a great job as usual, fine little details like folding the toilet paper end like a hotel are always nice; more importantly they do a very thorough job and are efficient in their cleaning.

The first visit was a pay for a set amount of time visit. They were doing a decent job, but needed to extend the time (more money) to finish cleaning the house. On the next visit, which was a pay by the job visit, they zipped through everything in a couple of hours and some spots were missed.

Great communications with Jonathan when scheduling appointment. We received a thorough cleaning of our house and were pleased with the services. Experience led to a monthly contract for cleaning services.

The contact person was very polite and professional. The women that came to clean were punctual and did a great job. They cleaned four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The bedrooms were all carpeted. The bathrooms were mostly tile and they looked great. There was a large hall upstairs, dining room, morning room, large family room, walk-in pantry and kitchen; all hardwood floors, that looked great! This house was in much better condition than when we rented it with the help of Maid to Sparkle Cleaning Service.

The house and windows truly sparkled! Melissa and her team make the place look great. We got a contract on the house without a real estate agent after the invitation only open house. Jonathan, Melissa, and the Maid to Sparkle team are the BEST!

Both workers arrived on time and went right to work. They did thorough cleaning in the kitchen, bathrooms, and rest of house for the entire four hours. They were friendly and professional.

I set up a regular cleaning service with them. They people they sent yesterday were good. Obviously, they have some good people and some not quite so good. They were two people here and they stayed here for about 1 hour and 40 minutes. For a little over 3 hours, they charged me $100. The quality of the work was an A, they did really good. They were on time. For professionalism, they are not there yet but probably, it could have been a little bit better.

I used them and didn’t like their work. I didn’t bother using them anymore. The work that time was sloppy. They had two young ladies who had no idea what it meant to clean the house. They had these young people who probably wanted to hurry up and get a job/needed to get a job. They gave them a job which was probably really good. They didn’t do a good job. They called back that I should try them again and they did better. I got them because I was planning on a birthday celebration. They charged $99 for four hours but they didn't do four hours of work.There was nothing professional about them at all.

They did an exceptional job. We presented them with a list of detail work that needed to be accomplished prior to putting our house on the market (windows cleaned, baseboards, etc.). The completed our list with relative ease and used the extra time to clean other areas. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

There is a lack of communication between the Office, the Cleaning Crew, and the Customer. First crew didn't show up on time and we had to reschedule. The second time they were late, one of them was sick, and two people cleaned for only 2 hours. In my book that's 4 Hours not 6. The Owner agreed to send someone to finish the job. The Office forgot to tell the Crew to call us before coming out because we had a Doctors appointment. When we arrived they were already here and ringing the door bell, they said, "No one told them to call". The girl that cleaned the bathroom said, "There's no way someone just cleaned this room". She also said, "She spends a lot of time going behind the other girl that was cleaning the kitchen". WHILE she spent the 1st hour of cleaning while on the Cell Phone! The girl that cleaned the Living Room didn't vacuum the couch or lamp shades. My wife said, "I wasn't impressed". I'm a business owner and if my employee stayed on the phone for an hour they wouldn't work with me any longer.

This company was very efficient and professional.

They did an excellent job within the timeframe. Very Professional.

After a miss on the scheduled time a second team arrived started cleaning (dusting, cleaning all surfaces, scrubbing bathrooms, sweeping, mopping) finishing in the two hour scheduled time and were wheels up by 1:40PM as promised. The house was fresh and clean, dog odor gone, no little dog hair piles in the corners ready for our overnight guests. I will definitely use the service in the future.

They were thorough and did what I asked. Very pleasant. THey forgot the windows (included in the package but offered to come back to do them.

I purchased a deal via Angie's List for 3 hours of cleaning services. I scheduled a visit in December and it took the crew an hour and 20 minutes to clean my house. Within 30 minutes of the crew leaving my house, I received a call from the company wanting to know if the crew met my expectations. I was also allowed to use the remaining time towards another visit. I was very impressed with the follow up and was not expecting to be able to use the remaining time towards another visit. The first cleaning was your average cleaning. I was hosting a party the following day and I had specific areas that needed to be cleaned. The crew did a great job with what I asked them to do. The second cleaning was spectacular. The crew did what they were supposed to do but one crew member in particular got an A+++ in my book. I watched this individual get on her on hands and knees to clean the floor to my half bathroom. She was meticulous as she cleaned my kitchen and living room. Hand towels were refolded in the bathroom, couch pillows were re-fluffed, all appliances and baseboards were cleaned. You could not see a speck of dirt or dust by the time she left. I will definitely be using this company for future cleanings.

Service was scheduled for 2-5pm, employee called at 12:07 wanting start work early, I was still at work. I told them I would be there between 2-2:15pm and the employee said that she couldn't do that.
