Description of Work: I am embarrassed that I reviewed Lantz so poorly for lack of follow up. The owner was quite ill, the reason for the lack of follow up. I intend to contact them again.

Description of Work: Remodeled bathroom from tub to walk in shower. House was built in 1935 and worked hard to maintain character of house during remodel.

Description of Work: Walked through house to gauge home value. Was hoping representative could provide suggestions for things to change/do to make home more saleable but when asked, was given none.

Worker for the bathroom complained too much. Owner is very nice but this whole project was purchased last summer and the deal completed about a month ago. Will not use them again.

Description of Work: We needed to replace rotted wood at several locations on our home. I saw the deal on Angie's List and took the plunge, relying on positive reviews and more than a little hope that somewhere someone still cared about quality and service. I don't have the final bill yet for materials and extra time, but Wayne and his crew seem to have done a fine job, were easy to deal with and kept to the agreed schedule. It would have taken me months working part-time to do what is now completed. I would recommend L W Lantz & Co to anyone, even someone as particular as me, and will probably use them again soon.

Description of Work: Helped with several different things that I needed done such as changing out light fixtures and ceiling fans, painting, repairs to broken outdoor siding, bathroom repairs to my sink and caulking around my tubs, and shower areas. They did a lot of things for us and the work was excellent and I would definitely use this company again. They specialize in remodeling bathrooms and kitchens but can do so many other home repair work. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WORK.
