Great. All lights were replaced.

They service it twice a year. They send out your agreement for service and I just paid it then. Then the guy comes. Sometimes, you don't even know he is here. I didn't check around so it seemed like a good price to me and I wanted a generator anyway. When I got it, I was real upset because it had been such a short time since my husband died and they were just so nice. I've signed up for the whole six months. You can depend on them. When they say they are going to be here, they are going to be here. They are just as nice and really good mannered people. There were two young people. I call them young because I'm 75. It was, "Yes ma'am" and "Ma'am?".

I couldn't find anything wrong with the service. His wife answers the phone and she's just as sweet as can be to you. It's just a nice family business. The price didn't matter to me at that time because I wanted the generator and it was a nice family. It was somebody we knew and could trust. When they say they are going to be here and set a time, they are here.

It was superb. The work was excellent. The employees are excellent. They are excellent. Everything went smoothly. We never had the least bit of trouble. They did a lot. We would absolutely use them again, and we tell everyone about them. There were two workers that came to do the work. They left everything clean in the area they worked in when they were finished with the work. They were just so professional. Everything was yes ma'am, no ma'am. You really couldn't ask for anybody better.

It turned out fine. They did a beautiful job for me. Their quality of work is excellent. The whole job was done real well.

They got it installed with no problem. It was good.

On time and very competent

Despite some confusion with the appointment time (which is why there is a grade of "C"), everything else from the initial call, to the visit by the sales person (James is awesome!) to the actual work, we were pleased. I would highly recommend J&M and expect to use them again for additional electrical work.

I needed to sign up with a new company that serviced generators and to sign up with the company if I liked them. I can tell you that you can look no more for a more professional company in customer service, and service in the field. This company was more thank a pleasure to work with. I had my generator service appt. set up quickly to do the work and the people in the field called ahead of time and arrived on time to do the work. I was so impressed that I aimed a contract that day. It's a family run business and that's a rare these days. Give them a try and if they have Angie List coupons under their name, don't forget to mention on first time job to get the discount. Great company.

We called and they responded in about two hours. They had all equipment on their truck and the job was completed in about 45 minutes. They cleaned before they left. Will definitely use them again.

They are hands on, they are very customer oriented, and very responsive. They are one of the few contractors that show up when they say they will show up.

Even in lousy, cold, wet weather, the project was done successfully. Company management is hands-on, informative, and responsive. Workers were very professional.

Their two technicians were on time, professional and informative. The preventive maintenance and resolution of our alert issue were completed in under 90 minutes and the unit has been working well since. The work included changing the oil and oil filter, checking the battery voltage, etc. A couple of days after the work was done, the owner, Jason, called me to verify our satisfaction and to provide some background and guidance as to how to clear the alert on our own in the future, in case we might want to save the cost of a service call. It was appreciated that he proactively contacted us and wanted our opinion.

It went very well, very professional, took their time, explained everything, did what I asked them to do.

I called J&M Electrical Service and Mr John Catlett called me back and we set up an appointment I had purchesed a generator he agreed to come and to do the job. He had given me a competitive price. He arrived promptly, and did the work ran the wires, but the generator that I had purchesed was damage I had to return it. Mr Catlett said that would show me how to hook it up and how to work the switches inside my power box. The bad news was that the place where I had purchesed the generator did not have another. When I got back I call Mr Catlett and told him what had happen he said when ever you get another give me a call and I will come and show you how to opperate it and show you how to work the switches. I got the the generator about three weeks later and I call John and he showed up just like he said, and he went over the opperation of the generator and the switch box with me until I felt that I knew how to opperate it, and he said If you have any problem feel free to call me. Good Job thanks
