Their workers did not know how to balance the fans, they could not fix the septic alarm, they had no idea where a plug outside went to, but the bathroom outlet did get fixed. All this cost quite a lot more than expected considering the time spent and there were no parts (we supplied the small part he needed because he did not have it). The billing was unclear regarding the charge for travel plus the cost for the time traveled, so make sure and get that in writing.

J&M Electrical did an outstanding job of installing a home backup generator. When the gentleman came out to do the onsite inspection and provide me with the results and options, it was a no pressure sales approach. He walked me through the entire process that was used to determine what size generator I would require in the event of a power failure. When he had left the house that evening it was not with an ultimatum of “You must let us know right away, or in the next 72 hours” type approach. In this case it was more along the lines of “Think it over and we are glad to have been able to present our product” Once we decided to have the generator installed the communication from the front office in regards to what was required from me and what the contractor would provide was excellent. Scheduling was easy and all that was discussed was provided on time and with no exceptions. The work crew was on time and cleaned up upon completion of the installation. Overall an outstanding experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a backup home generator installed.

Very busy time of year for electricians, but I got a quick response to come out for a quote. After giving the okay and scheduling, electrician came out on-time, completed the wiring and checked an outlet that had given me trouble (and replaced it!). Very efficient, polite and the work was well done. I've got other electrical jobs on my wish list and J&M will be my go-to for them all.

James came out to price install of a box to plug in my portable generator. After we started talking and me asking questions James was able to give me an outstanding price on a whole house Generac generator with panel upgrade and included a whole house surge protector. They ran into additional costs with running the gas line but James kept to his word and honored the original price! The crew were professional and proficient in their work! Marcie was outstanding with communication and explaining any questions I had! I would definitely recommend this company and would use J&M for any future electrical needs!

Had a great experience. We moved to a new home and were scrambling to have some work done quickly. No one seemed able to accomodate our schedule. J&M not only found a way to make our timing work, but came in at a fair price compared with all of our quotes and everyone we dealt with was exceptionally helpful. While others quoted us months out for work, J&M had it done in a week, and the results were better than I had hoped. Matt did our install and was very helpful and efficient, even took the time to do some extra items to make sure everything was done properly. After completed, I had an issue with one of the outlets (my own fault) and they called me right back to help figure out the problem. Without question we will call J&M for any future work needed. End to end friendly, quality service.

Check out operation of two light on front and side of house, replace if necessary, owner providing. Replace photocell on one metal hallide fixture on side of house Replace one regular receptacle with gfi Install power circuit with three receptacle on porch area out back. Their work is excellent and the service men work very professional and so helpful. We will use them again for any electrical work we may need. Highly recommend them if you want great service and reasonable pricing.

Technician arrived punctually and took time to thoroughly trace down the problem, making sure that there was not a join on the line to the HVAC system, but rather a problem with the breaker. Replaced it and advised that at some point in the future we may want to upgrade the electrical box as over time various items have been added.

These guys got here and breezed thru the work without any issues. The guys cleaned up and very respectful about our belongings and our home. We’ve already scheduled them for some other work.

The owner will come out and give you a free estimate. They have fair pricing, take pride in their work, and most important get the job done! It went wonderful. They're great people. They're just always very friendly when Marcy calls me from the office. I am moving shortly and Marcy's been very helpful in marking her calendar knowing that the house may be sold and what we are going to do. I'm not sure if I still have 1 visit from them or not coming . She's marked her calendar and she will call me in Arizona. They're just very very nice helpful people. They've been very good to me. I've probably had them for maybe 3 years, maybe 4. It was a scheduled appointment and Marcy called me because she thought I would not be living at this house at that time. She thought I was already in Arizona and something had happened that I couldn't move when I had originally told her. Being the company the size they are she still remembered about one individual what the situation was. She takes careful notes or has a wonderful memory. She was very very good. I have no way on knowing about the price. I start out with someone and if I like them I stay with them and I don't check prices any place else. I don't think they're expensive. When she's told me they will be here, they have been here. I think of them more as a husband and wife business. I don't think of them as a big business, just the way that Marcy handles herself. I will leave their information here for whoever buys this house and encourage them to stay with them and to maintain the whole house generator.

I was very happy with them. They came several times because I had some issues, and then they had to replace a part. I signed a year contract with them. I had a generator here. My husband had passed away and I couldn?t find anything, so they came here. It?s working fine now. They let me know how much it would cost before they did the work. They were very accommodating. I really would give the money, they were really great in doing their work. If I have any more concerns, they will send somebody out and check it out. I didn?t have anything to compare the price with. I looked it up online and they were the only ones for my generator, that would service it, that I could find. They really did a good job of taking care of it. When I called, sometimes there was a lady that answered, but sometimes when I called she would call back even from home. They were here when they said at 7:30 in the morning.

I was very pleased with the work they did! I was very pleased with the professionalism, the capability, the things they recommended and how they presented it; and why they recommended it like the lightning surge protector. They really made me feel like they weren't just "don't worry your pretty little head about it this is what we think", they went out to show me what they were doing to keep me in the loop of the things they were doing so I knew exactly; and it was like I was a member of the team. I have recommended them to other neighbors who have used them to install their generators. I think I helped them with 3 installations. That is how much I trust them.

They were very good. They're a good company. The price was where I thought it should be. They're very hands on and very good about keeping in touch with you, they're a good company, and they're very professional.
