I received an appointment 1 day after my original call. The estimate was returned promptly and the work completed 4 days later. David is a great asset for this company. He is polite, knowledgeable and most of all did a fantastic job. This will be my foto company for future work. I highly recommend their services.

David showed up to give me an estimate the day after I called, It was 5pm and he not only gave me an estimate but did the work. I was amazed! It was the Friday evening before the 4th of July weekend and he stayed past 5:30 to get the work done. I am one step closer to getting my dishwasher installed, and I hate to wash dishes!....so I was extremely happy. It cost $100 and he had to go in my crawl space to drill the new hole and run the wires. This company's name and # are going in my cell phone for whenever I need an electrician and I whole heartly recommend them!

David and his team are fantastic! We are new to the area and I decided to try FHG because of their rating on Angie's list. Also, 2 other well-known electrical contractors didn't bother to show up for an estimate on two different occasions and the other didn't call me back for two weeks. FHG was 100% what you want in a contractor - they were professional, punctual, explained everything clearly, personable, and quick workers. It is clear they are very conscientious to do quality work, even on a small project like ours. My husband was here during the work and he was very impressed with the way they are so neat and clean - everything was finished off and every detail very thoughtful (everything secured extra or covered very neatly). **See the pictures, but note the string/hook and wood pile are all my messes. They actually cleaned my garage area better than they found it!** I was impressed by their honesty and clear communication -- in the original quote David was very straightforward about the rate per hour, and thought it would take 3-4 hours. He quoted based on 3-4 hours worth of work, but said if it was less time, he would adjust it. True to his word, it took them 2-3 hours and he adjusted down the price. Most contractor's just quote you and make the extra where they can. I really appreciate David's straight forward approach from the beginning and following through without being asked. We will be calling him first for all things electrical. I am so glad we gave FHG a try and now I will never have to look for another electrician -- WIN!!!!

They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I found them on Angie's list and was so happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

David told me that I would need ballasts and he asked me which type of fluorescent lights are used. He told me that he had an appointment already in the area the next day and would waive the out-of-area fee and told me his hourly rate. He told me that he would be here between 8 and 9am which he did arrive in that timeframe. He replaced 3 ballasts and in the shed, the light switch had to be replaced. He was here a little over a hour. He cleaned up the area and was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Very smooth experience.

David and his crew were professional, hard working, and very pleasant to have in my home. They protected my floors and furniture, and cleaned up after they were finished. They meticulously measured and located the recessed lights and floor outlets. David and his crew gave some excellent advice on locating 2 of the lights to highlight my fireplace. David also suggested the use of SmartLights which can be controlled individually via a phone app. I didn't know that type of light existed, and now they are in my house and are so convenient and cool to use. I highly recommend FHG Electric.

I am very pleased with the work performed today at my home by FHG Electrical. Very professional yet personable individual. The work was completed to my satisfaction and l received exactly what l asked to have done. The crew cleaned up afterwards and left my home the exact way they found it, which l was not accustomed to with other contractors I've hired in the past. David was quick to return my call and setup an appointment for the next morning. He called ahead and arrived early. He worked efficiently, even disconnecting the old dishwasher, and was a pleasure to work with! He was able to complete the job quickly and charged what he had quoted. David was excellent. He arrived a little before the scheduled meeting and was very knowledgeable of what we needed and the most cost efficient way to get it done. While he was there my husband asked he knew how to install dishwashers. He was able to install 4 days before our scheduled install with the store and was almost half the price of what the store was charging. Our install of the ceiling fast was so fast and it looks great! He was even able to reconfigure the wiring (I'm not sure of the professional term) so that the switch in our living room would only control the ceiling fan/light and not our electrical outlets as it previously did. He was even able to deal with my inquisitive 4 year old. I will definitely give David a call when we need other work done.

Mr. Boyce was also simply a delight to have in my home. He and his crew are professional and personable. I felt safe, informed and confident throughout their visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We couldn't have asked for a better job! David was extremely prompt throughout the whole process, whether it was returning my calls each time I had a question or arriving on time for the service. He had given me a quote on how much the service would be and how long it would take to complete, and his estimate was spot on. If we ever need any service like this in the future, I will absolutely give David a call. Don't waste your time on calling anyone else. They arrived on time estimated the cost to do the job then proceeded to do the job and was finished within 2 hours. I highly recommend using this company for any electrical needs because you can't ask for a more professional and efficient company than this.

Excellent! Was referred to Dave by a good friend. Called him about replacing a kitchen light that was ancient ... the wiring didn't make any sense. He scheduled us for later that week. He showed up on time and was able to remove and replace the light quickly. Very professional, extremely personable and his pricing was less than I expected. Look forward to working with him again! (Update: Have received a quote from Dave and will be hiring him next week to rewire our barn.)

An entire circuit kept blowing in a rental house we own. I called FHG Electric to set up a time for David to look at the problem. He was able to come later the same day. Since I was tied up and do not live in the house, David worked with our tenant to schedule a precise time to arrive and check things out. He was able to replace the breaker and also recognize and fix a problem with an outlet we had tried to install ourselves. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet David in person, but our tenant said David was very friendly, clean, and prompt. I was happy with the service and price I received from FHG Electric.

There are no don'ts. Dave takes pride in his work and does and excellent job. He is definitely affordable.

The Team at FHG has been super helpful in identifying the issues when we have equipment that is down, and offering options for enhancements to equipment in place, or contemplated. David and his team do something that isn't very common in the "trades". They commit to a time to report, actually arrive on time, complete the work, clean up and leave the place better than when they found it. I trust David to be fair and honest, and I am so confident about David and his team, that I have given him his own key to our building so that he can come early, stay late or both!
