I was extremely satisfied with the work that David Boyce and his crew did for me. David is a hands on owner and definitely took the time to explain everything that was necessary. My only misgiving is that I have been here for 12 years and I did not know about FHG in the past. I will use FHG in the future and should my downstairs unit need replacing (which it will) I have faith that David and his team can handle the job.

I first talked to a very friendly woman at the main office who said she would make sure we had a technician out here today.Not even a minute went by and I was called by Dave who was friendly and very professional.He was very patient with me as I don’t understand much about HVAC and explained everything to me in lamens terms.They set us up at a designated time and Jason showed up promptly at the time they said he would be there.Jason was super cool and informative.He walked and talked me through the whole process telling me every step he made.Then he fixed our problem in an hour and didn’t try to over charge us.We highly recommend them for any AC or electric issues you may have because they make you feel comfortable and assured that what they are doing is A1.Thank you so much as our kids can finally sleep in there rooms tonight and we can be cool through these hot days!!!!

FHG was WONDERFUL. They were always on time and so responsive to what I needed done. I am a designer and can be very particular about things like light placement and running wires neatly (since we are leaving the ceiling open). They confirmed that everything was the way I wanted it and went over and beyond to make sure that the end result in the space looked just right. They even fixed my unit heater that was shipped wired wrong at the factory to save me from having to return and replace it. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I cannot speak more highly of Mr. Boyce and FHG Electric. He was very responsive, worked with my schedule, charged a fair price and did excellent, high-quality work. He is extremely conscientious and cares about doing a great job. He also made sure I had a working and code-compliant generator inlet box before last month's snowstorm just in case we lost power. I would highly recommend David and his company without any reservation and will use them again for all my future electrical work.

Mr. Boyce was on time and ahead of schedule throughout. He was thorough to the point of providing codes to sight for some unusual wiring. He not only did the work quickly and at a reasonable price, he found additional items that would have come up again. I approved all the work and am an enthusiastic supporter of FHG Electric and Mr. Boyce. He was simply a delight to have in my home. I felt informed and confident throughout their visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The inspections went fine. The technician cleaned all the outside units and made some adjustments to the furnace and an air handler. The downstairs air conditioner would not work for more than a few hours. Lines leading into the furnace would ice over. I told the technician what had been happening, and also informed him that a previous repair (several years before) required adding coolant. The technician believed the problem was due to a slow fan speed, which he adjusted, but he did not check the coolant level. After he left, the problem showed up again after a few hours and the company dispatched him back to the house. He checked the amount of coolant and found it was very low. He added the required coolant and the problem was resolved. Overall, I was more than satisfied with the experience. I think the company is very committed to customer satisfaction.

First, called office to schedule an appointment for 1pm. However, David showed up early at approx. 11am which was fine. Showed and discussed with David the lights that were not working properly and the one bulb connection that was burned out which caused the light to fall and break. We were talking throughout the process and he was telling me the ballasts were very old that needed to be replaced. He also looked at the remaining lights in the store and he saw a light flickering and was told this light has about one month before replacement. I told him to go ahead and fix this light as well. Good call to have the ballast replaced since the ballast was leaking. Regarding the timer, I showed David where the timer was located in a behind a wall. He showed me that there are two timers which I did not know about. David also told me the timers were programmed incorrectly as to the actual time of day. He reset the actual time and I told him what time I wanted the lights on and off each day. One timer was able to be reprogrammed but the other timer was not able to be reprogrammed. He told me the lights outside were solar so they will shut on/off based upon light and darkness. He told me that he could fix the timer but I told him that I was satisfied with the solar lights outside to see how the lights would work. The company charges an out-of-area fee of 50.00 dollars but for the overall service, repeat business, and the pricing I feel that I paid a cheaper price than other contractors. Thanks again.

Dave and his crew were very professional. I would highly, highly recommend them. They spent many hours over at our home, getting everything working correctly. Everything passed inspection the first time. We are very pleased with the wiring of the kitchen, and also of the lights that we had installed. Dave has a very keen eye, and was able to help us get everything working well. Would definitely hire again!

He was very good. He was working in the area. I work downtown. He said, "I'll meet you at 5:30." Because it took less time, he didn't charge me the full amount that had originally been quoted because he said it took far less time than he thought. He was on time. He was very efficient. Pleasant to work with. He took away my old, broken electrical light and gave me a reasonable price. He was able to come right out and accommodate my schedule. I would recommend him to friends.
