Fence Me In and Decks Too, LLC

I had to delay a small part in the fence installation and did so without a problem. When the time came to schedule the fence installation to be completed again with just one phone call inn a short time it was completed.

Kevin and Ron were my fence installers. They were very professional, polite, hard working and did an OUTSTANDING job! Kent, the owner of Fence Me In, was very knowledgeable, friendly, had my estimate ready when he said it would be ready, and his company's prices are quite reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend using Fence Me In for any fencing project you wish to have done. 2 thumbs up!

I did hire "Fence Me In" and they did a great job!! Not only that, they completely finished the fence within a week of placing the order. They were a little slow on the clean-up but they were having trouble with their truck. I would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, our project was nice and easy. The owner came out to do measurements and confirm the quote that he had given earlier, and described the process in detail. The crew that came out was very efficient and professional, and they finished the project a bit faster than anticipated. This was a pool fence that was required to be to code, and we were very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend Fence Me In for any fencing project!

Job took way too long. First installer took four days to do very little, after I called to see what was the problem they sent a company employee(Ron) who did more in 1 day than the first guy did in 4. There was NO communication from them as to any problems unless I called. They have been finished for over 3 weeks and the left over materials are still here.

There were some communication problems (too many cooks...) between the owner, the materials purchaser, the crew and ourselves which caused problems, and also unforeseen issues with how the fence we were replacing had been installed decades before that -through no fault of FMI- cause significant delays on our project. However, Kent and his guys kept at it, owned their one mistake and worked harder than any contractor we've ever used to make it right (and we've restored two houses). He was always in contact with us, came to the job site regularly and even did some of the work himself. His crew worked long hours and very hard to find workable solutions for a project that must have seemed never-ending to them, right in the height of their busiest season. Kent wanted held his team to high standards, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied before closing out the job.

Nice people to work with, great building crew! The fence was completed in less than a day and looks great! Exceeded my expectations. The only issue was when they were coming. Waited around all day Tuesday, nothing. Called Wednesday and they pushed me back to Thursday, then had truck issues so didn't come until Friday. Things happen, I get that, but the communication could have been better.

The crew chief needed an interpreter. Prior to their arrival, I had expressed my concern about a language barrier when I was told his name. I was assured there would not be an issue. He could not even measure a straight line away from my house. He measured at a 45 degree angle. Luckily, I caught it. I did not have a clear copy of the contract, only an illegible copy, so I could not read measurements or notes. It had been 25 days since the contract was written. The gentleman in charge only had a TINY drawing on his phone. While he was measuring, he said that the one side of the fence did not equal the measurement on his phone, it was smaller. I e-mailed the salesman TWICE requesting his help. It is now April 5th, and I have yet to hear from him. Jim, who schedules the projects has been very understanding. However,, I still have a fence smaller that I expected, and have not heard what type of resolution will be made.
