Communication between the installers and the seller yripped up a bit but otherwise, I had a great experience, fence is nice and I’m happy with how everything turned out. 1/2 the price of another competitor

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Fence Me In and Decks Too for our fence installation, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the get-go, Jeremy, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us through selecting the perfect fence and ensuring accurate measurements, making the process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the entire journey, the team, including Renee and Bev, kept us informed every step of the way. They were proactive in updating us on material orders and shipment details, and they were incredibly accommodating when we needed to reschedule our install date. Their flexibility and professionalism were truly appreciated. On the day of installation, Mo and Maurice arrived promptly, and they were an absolute dream team! They took the time to inspect the property lines meticulously, ensuring precision and accuracy. Their friendly demeanor and exceptional skills were evident as they worked diligently to install our fence. It was clear that they take pride in their work, never cutting corners and promptly addressing any issues that arose. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and we wholeheartedly recommend Fence Me In, especially Mo and Maurice, for their outstanding installations. I made it a point to the salesman that I required one individual on site that spoke and understood ENGLISH. It is a **** shame that soft Americans will not work and Mexicans, etc. have to fill the void. This is the United States of America. I speak and; understand ENGLISH. That fact was not respected and I was not at all happy about that. An hour passed before Ron showed up and the details were finalized.

I asked for a fence just like my neighbors fence, and even walked the salesperson over to the fence to take a closer look. He mentioned that some dogs eat vinyl-coated wiring and suggested galvanized steel instead. I told him thats fine, as long as it looks just like my neighbors fence, since I like how the black vinyl faded into the natural surroundings. Turns out, the galvanized steel was bright silver and stood out like a sore thumb, so I asked them to remove it although they were halfway through. The project manager brought the vinyl right over, but ultimately, I had to pay the cost of both the vinyl, the galvanized steel, and the labor (plus 200% markup) for the switch. Considering that I showed them the model of exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look, this whole situation could have been avoided and I would not have been out an extra $800. To make matters worse, their communication was horrible. I received an email saying the crew would arrive between 8 - 10 am, but they did not arrive until noon. After I already left at 11:45 for an appointment.

I hired Fence Me In to remove & replace a badly rotted and broken fence. The workmen did a great job. I was very happy with their professionalism. I would hire them again & recommend them.

They need to work on communication with the customer in regards to any delays and give the customer the option to opt out of the contract. They also need to follow through.

They know what they're doing. Jim was great to work with and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their fence installed.

Beautiful fence. My two dogs can now run and play in our large backyard without being tethered to a leash. 475 feet of fence done in a day and a half. Looks great too.
