The work performed by the Fence Me In contractors was of excellent quality and exactly as promised. The work staff was friendly and professional. Would use again.

The company was professional and listened to my needs. They showed up on time and cleaned up the work area. They followed up on small items to ensure I was satisfied after the job was complete. Reasonable price.

Every contact with every employee was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I needed a very atypical design to remain consistent with the original design. They made every inch of the fence and all the gates by hand and the results are amazing. The Price was more than Fair! I HIGHLY recommend them ! I would recommend them to anyone

They did the work well and on time. The clean up was done promptly.

Kent was very professional and presented detailed information regarding the installation. When comparing his bid against others, his was noticeably lower; but that was primarily because the fence pickets were through-the-rail as opposed to attached to one side, a construction detail of which I became aware of after getting the other two bids. Even so, he was priced competitively. The estimated installation date was delayed longer than we liked, partly because of weather challenges. Foreman Jim was very apologetic and respectful of our disappointment. The installer and his wife were hard workers. Some communication issues, but they knew what they were doing. There was a defective gate problem that had to be corrected, but the replacement part was ordered and the fence completed on a Saturday, which was appreciated. Problems noted regarding cleanup by previous customers has been taken care of in that the company now has its own truck to remove the debris as opposed to outsourcing the work. All and all, very pleased.

1. We did not get the type of fence we ordered. (Ordered concave and got straight) 2. Signed the contract 5 weeks in advance but materials were not ordered until the day before the project was due to be done. Ended up >2 weeks late. 3. Kent the owner could obviously not be bothered returning our calls.

Need to keep customers inform

This is a very friendly company. They work fast and did good work. I would have rated them higher, but they did not do a thorough job of clean-up. I had to call them to come back and get what they forgot to remove after the job was done.

They built me a beautiful new deck. They also built me a Privacy fence. They are a great company. Everything they did for me turn out to be more than I asked for. My new deck is the most beautiful deck I have ever seen. They suggested things that I never even thought about, which made it even better than I even imagine. I couldn't be happier with them.

The men that put my fence were very hard workers and attention to detail was really great

The company was nice and friendly but they were not very professional in putting up my vinyl fence. They put the fence up left all the dirt out just put some around the post top so it looked filled in. My yard looked like somebody had a mini backhoe digging in my yard around the posts and under the fence panels and that's how they left it. The gate was uneven with the fence height and was missing a post cap. A post was installed right in front of my gutter run off spout they just left it. We had a lot of rain during that time in January 2017 and the water running straight to the post caused it to have a big hole form around the post, because they did not put the dirt back in like they should have. A couple of the post had the ground starting to cave in around them. This was a job that only had been completed in a month. Also they left a small mound of concrete in the yard. I guess they thought I had some super growing grass in my yard to grow up over the mess. I had to go dig a trench about 4 inches deep going under the fence and put an extender spout piece down going outside the fence. They just slapped the fence up and left. They don't take any pride in their work. A professional would have said you need to move or adjust the spout so the water is not gushing right out on the post if you know it will mess the ground up around the work you just did; and offered to dig the trench since they were digging holes and putting the fence up. I had to call and wait over a month before they came out and corrected everything and that was after I sent a letter threatening to take them to court. When I called they would tell me ok I'll send someone out and kept blaming each other saying oh they over looked it. The contact people names were Kent who comes out to write up the contract and Jim who gets the workers out and does the paperwork for financing. Also when they sent their work people out they never called or came out to see what the finished job looked like or asked was I satisfied. I had to call them about two weeks later and tell Kent to come look at the job that was done. Yes they were friendly, sloppy and gave me the run around. I wished home advisors would start allowing people to post pictures! They put a sign on my fence with their business name and phone and did not ask me if it was ok. I left it up for awhile so people passing by could see the mess and know not to call them. I will be taking it down, it was not in the agreement or authorized. Also when they first came out they started putting up a picket fence all around when I should have had a privacy panel on the sides, good thing I was home to catch that before they finished. That was due to them not commuting the proper instructions to their workers. I signed up for financing so there was no cash to hold on to until the job was completed. I had just had a deck built by someone else two weeks before they came out and my yard was so clean when they left like when they cam
