Communication between management and installers was very poor, resulting in delays in project completion.

The only reason that I give them less than 5 stars for work quality is that there were some issues with demo and supply delivery. It was not your typical job (the fence is on my property but the work was being done from my neighbors due to access issues). All was resolved and the fence looks great.

Communication is horrible. Instead of the project manager contacting us to introduce himself, explain the process, etc; we had to contact him after not hearing from anyone for 3 days. We were asked about a HOA three different times after we already said we didn't have a HOA. We were told the surveyor would be out on a specific day, materials would be delivered on a specific day and work would start on a specific day. Surveyor didn't come until the day of the build. We were told materials were delayed due to weather. There was no weather that would restrict any delivery of outdoor materials. The crew showed up before the site leader and started marking stuff without having the surveyor there to mark the property lines. When I told them the surveyor hadn't been there yet, they proceeded to dig up my grass to find the property marker and attempt the property marking themselves. I tried contacting the project manager and his phone was off. When I finally got a hold of the project manager, who never came to the site, he told me the surveyor and site leader were on their way out. The project manager also failed to tell us that the clean up crew is separate from the building crew. We came home at the end of the day to find all of the building materials that were left over and the pallets in our drive way. Our build was on Friday, clean up didn't happen until Monday. For a company that claims to have been in business for as long as they say, they communicate and conduct business as if this was their first or maybe second time doing this. The customer service is not worth the rates they provide. We were told the person who came to give us the estimate was the owner of the company by two different people within the company. When we brought up our concerns we were not contacted by him until we brought up issues with the paperwork and the money. He didn't call to set up a meeting to discuss the issues we had, instead he sent a text message.

Very knowledgeable and courteous team. Our neighbors are extremely sensitive about property boundaries and this team did an excellent job with the fence by keeping it within our property limits and follow the 'neighborly' etiquette. Will certainly hire them again if need be.

Fence Me In installed our chain-link fence just in time for the arrival of our puppy! Their team completed the fence in a reasonable time frame and the fence is built solid; even had the bottom wire installed in case she's a digger. Their office staff are friendly as well. Would use them again in the future.

There were problems, but Fence Me In stayed with the project and finished it to our very much satisfaction.

I Love my screened in porch and deck!

My main issues were lack of communication and poor communication between all involved and the quality of work in some areas of the fence and poor planing in regards to fence placement without regard for the exsisting drainage area. Disappointed with the quality of the materials used for the deck railing which is rough and full of splinters.

We contracted with Fence Me In and Decks Too to replace an existing deck, add skirts around a heat pump and existing screened porch and repair and existing front stair case. The work was performed exceeding our expectations and it full compliance with Code. Especially helpful was Josh the project manager for this project. He was receptive to all our suggestions and concerns and responded until we were completely satisfied.

They did a fine job. My only complaint was that it took twice as long to complete. But once they were done, the job looked great. Excellent quality. I would use them again.

Polite and professional at all times. Quality work. The only complaint I have is that it took months for my fence to come in. But once it did it was put up in no time at all.

I had some adjustments that needed to be made, and they came out and completed the work.
