CTR - Cross Timbers Roofing

I called and they had not only come out but entirely completed the work in less than 24 hours. They were professional, fast, complete in less than 30 minutes, and quoted a price less than half of one of their competitors.

They were the only company to come give me a timely estimate after all the heavy rains this summer. They were punctual and finished the job quicker than expected. We’ve had 2 heavy down pours since and have not had any leaks. Very pleased with their service.

In the end, I am happy with the work that was completed and would hire them again in the future. There were a few mishaps along the way. They did quick work with setting up an appointment for a quote and was very nice and thorough, but I never received a call back about the quote before the work was completed. I'm sure it was a communication error, but I was trying to get a few quotes from different places before deciding who was more reasonably priced. It turns out, they were the most reasonable company for our area, so it did turn out well in the end. Though, if they would not have been reasonably priced, I would not have favored them as much as I did (just based on not receiving the quote beforehand, not about the quality of work). Like I said, I would hire them again because they were quick to fix the problem and did excellent quality work in a very timely manner, but next time I'll stress the importance of getting the quote before the work if completed. Since everything turned out well in the end, there was no need to dock their rating.

It was one of the best experiences that I've had. Patrick did a fantastic job with the estimate and was very thorough. The installers were also very professional and did a superb job. Every person in the entire organization that I dealt with was very positive and responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough about them. When we initially had damages we called five roofing companies and they couldn't send anyone out to at least put a cover. CTR actually rerouted someone to come out and put a tarp over the roof. They definitely went above and beyond. As far as the replacement, their entire team was professional. They showed up on time and did the work. They were definitely top notch. I'd highly recommend them.

This is one of the best experiences we have had with a repair company. From the start to the finish they were professional, punctual, courteous, respectful of my property. They inspected my roof and explained what they believed was wrong and what they would do to correct it. I authorized the repairs, as they progressed they kept me informed every step of the way. As I stated, this was the best experience. If anyone is in need of any type of roof work, these are your people.

They came out and discovered the issue and made a temporary repair. They sent me a quote to replace the ridge vent and discounted the price of the service call to the repair. They were on time and very professional!

Brandon the supervisor was very helpful and Andrew the handyman repair guy did a thorough job with excellent knowledge and craftsmanship. Respectful and communicative with everything.

It went amazing. Jose was very fast, friendly and professional. CTR was half the price of every other company I called. They were out the next morning to fix my roof.

After contacting additional contractors, CTRs price opted and work performed were both expensive and minimal at best. Regret contacting, should've done more research. Elected to go with another contractor.

CTR crew did a great job on shingle replacement and I appreciated how they worked with me on pricing. Only complaint is that I had to call several times because they kept putting off my project start date.

I was told twice in two weeks that an estimator had been by my property & taken the measurements & that I would see a quote. Well its two weeks later, my last request was on May 19th & I still haven't seen a quote, so I have doubts that they even came out to price the job. With this lack of responsiveness I would have to question their dependability & maybe even their workmanship.

CTR did a great job, the project manager and his crew of workers were a well organized team. They worked very hard and the chilly windy weather did not bother their work schedule. They explained clearly about all material they were going to install and different guarantee plan CTR was providing. The new roof looks great

they came out to look at the roof and was supposed to email an estimate over in a couple days to weeks later and I still have yet to see a quote. Went with another company that seemed a lot more responsible and I actually sent a quote.

Had used them previous year for same offer. Repairs needed for previous visit was overlooked. The company did apologize and reduced price for the necessary work.

The people at Cross Timbers Roofing were exceptionally customer focused and responsive. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, which they answered patiently and professionally. They made extra trips to check on the quality of the work, and followed through on everything they agreed to do. I really appreciated their honesty and concern that I was satisfied with the job. I would recommend them to friends and family, and use them again (although I doubt I will need another new roof soon.)

They were very good and I was satisfied. The price was extremely high for what I expected and so I am going to get 2 other estimates so I can kinda see where they are. They were very nice. They came and looked at the roof and I asked them if they think I can wait until Spring to have it done and they said yes, I probably could. So, that is what I am doing. I may not go with them, but at least they were responsive. They came when they said they would come. They were very very knowledgeable about roofing and they left a catalog here about different types of roofing. Overall, it was a good experience. It was higher than we expected and higher than we heard others doing it. They would probably do an excellent job, but I don't know. Their responsiveness was very good.

I have used this company several times and LOVE their servicing, and quality of work. Charles Glady the president makes sure all your needs are met. The out in the field staff take the time to work with each job as if it was their own personal project being done on their own house. I recommend using this company because they make sure your satisfaction is what fully matters. Thanks CTR !

After chasing another highly rated roofing company on Angie's list for a couple of weeks have having trouble getting them to actually call me back/come out to do the work, I contacted a few other companies. CTR called me back almost immediately and was able to schedule the work the following week. Their employees showed up on time, completed the work quickly and also spotted a cracked pipe collar on the roof that they offered to replace while they were there.
