Description of Work: They did a great job and were very responsive, punctual and professional. I understand the $250 charge for coming out multiple times to pick up animals caught in traps, but the prices they quoted to put wire mesh over the gables, chimney cap and attic fan were outrageous. I got my handyman to do that same thing for $50. I'd use again to trap, but can't afford their other services which I can do myself.

Description of Work: We heard something scratching in the attic. Suspected was squirrels. We had a problem a few years ago where squirrels destroyed our duct work. Went thought the problem was solved by our handyman. So not wanting to repeat the replacement searched Angie's and selected a animal control company. He survey attic and determined it was a raccoon who was entering from a roof vent. He set a trap and after determining the raccoon was gone he screened the vent and replaced the chimney cap was the wrong size and could let animals get in. Good job.

They came out, assessed the problem, trapped and released the birds and sealed the entry points. They had to come back one more time to remove more birds and seal more spaces but since then, no more problems. I m completely satisfied.

+ -1 moreI had called them on a Thursday and set the appointment up for Monday. They were very responsive, professional and handled the problem with a sensible solution. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: We had called them out because of a bat in the attic. They looked the attic area over and discovered it was a bird. It was suggested by them to seal the crack between the chimney and the house and have a cap put on the chimney.

+ -1 moreThey did get rid of the squirrels, but I thought the price was little high. The price for the service call was a hundred and eighty-nine dollars. The person who came out could not have been nicer though and we plan on using their services again in the future.

+ -1 moreMy husband went out to get the boat ready and when he got there he noticed a family of raccoons out wondering on the boat. So he called Critter Control and they came over in their van. It only took them about thirty minutes to get here. They came in and told us that it was a family of seven raccoons. They put the raccoons in their van and hauled them away and that was that.

+ -1 moreCritter control did more than just pesticides and they seemed like they enjoyed their job and they were good at it. It may sound a bit bizarre having a critter under my home, but the 3 guys came out to trap it for me. There also has been on occasion when we have had huge snakes in the driveway that were so fat and lazy they just didn't move.
Description of Work: I had an opossum under my home so I called them out to capture it for me and remove it.

+ -1 moreI didn't believe it was bats at first until I saw them outside my home at dusk. The droppings can be lethal I was told. I called around and got different prices and different approaches from the companies in the area. I liked theirs, which was to seal up this tiny hole in which they were using to get in. They then installed a trap door for them to get out. It is an exit door only. They could not get back in. In a few days they came back to check for them and seal up any openings. The problem was solved.
Description of Work: They installed a trap door to remove bats living in my attic, which stop them from coming back.

+ -1 moreWe had a nest of yellow jackets under the back stairs. It is hard t find a company to handle this. Regular exterminators don't touch animals like this. They dug it out and took it away. The area was sprayed with pesticides to kill any that might be left. You also get a warranty for one full year that the yellow jackets will not return to that spot again or they will repeat the service for free.
