Description of Work: The Williamsburg, VA location designed and installed a pantry system of shelves and drawers, and a garage storage system of multiple cabinets with moveable shelves - 8 ft tall and 8 ft wide. The work was done on time and the installers were professional. Everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left. We used Closets of Virginia previously to install closet systems in two walk-in closets and to design and install built-in bookshelves, cabinets and drawers.

Description of Work: We had an old closet system which collapsed. Pam came and measured and asked about what our needs were. She then drew up a plan and worked with us to fit our needs. Installation was completed smoothly and efficiently and I love the result! Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Overall good experience with a rocky situation at the end. But, they were very responsive to my concern and very apologetic. I would and will use them again in a closet in another bedroom. I gave them an average on punctuality but I want to make it clear that it was more because of the painting contractor they used to dismantle and paint the closet before installation. I had a timetable that needed to be met but the painter disregarded this issue and it was a squeeze to get the work done on the timetable that I made to clear to him at the onset. But, Closets of VA does a fine job and that's the defining comment on this review.
