They did a great job ! Nicole did a great job helping with the granite selection, she spent quite a bit of time helping us find what we wanted. She managed to keep us in budget, and find hidden pieces that worked great for our house. The pricing was upfront, installation was on time despite the distance - we are 2 hours west of Richmond. Highly recommended place to visit.

This was a very interesting learning experience, they took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire process in detail. Everything came together and they did a great job of installing and making sure I was happy. It was nice to see that they really wanted a satisfied customer, and went beyond the normal get it installed and collect payment. Excellent team to deal with and would highly recomend them.

Best Brazilian Granite was AMAZING. They did solid work and am very impressed with my new kitchen. We even had a minor dispute about the price of plumbing and they were able to work with me until I was satisfied. Will reccommend to anyone looking for countertops in the Richmond Area!!!

We were looking for an installer of granite for over a year now that we felt comfortable with. Everyone we went into we didn't get the warm fuzzy. Then one Saturday we stopped in at Best Brazilian Granite and talked with Steve. Wow we were hooked right away. He really cleared a lot of questions up for us. The fellow that came out for the measurements was great and very professional. Then we were called to do a fitting. We were able to layout the granite slab so it looked good for our taste. They project a laser on to the actual slab you are getting and you are able to tweek where a cut out will go. This is great for seam lines and sink cut outs. We were there over and hour playing with the layout and the girl that was helping us was very understanding. The installers were there before they said they were going to be and spent 2.5 hours installing. I did the tear out of the old and the re-install of the plumbing so this was JUST them putting in the tops!! Color match was Wonderful. One thing I did have a concern about was we were not told that we needed supports on the bar over hang. I realized before hand and made up "dead" men so I could take my time getting supports myself. Other than that all went well

They came in for estimates, provided details and price was comparatively better than others. They were also very responsive and accommodative when I asked for changes in the design. Job was done well on the scheduled date and time. I am happy with the way it it was done.

They were okay, they were not the best. I was slightly disappointed because they did such a shoddy job. It is passable but not really. I paid a lot of money for it. The cutters came in and cut the granite. It was a back splash. I had the entire back splash done. It is about 18 inches high by some long length. It came in one piece. They took it out and cut the thing in half and the seem is not anywhere that it should be and the job looks really bad. They did a really bad job. They cut it in half because they didn't feel like taking the faucet out. Where the recepticle goes, they made the hole too big for that so now there is a problem with that. The only way to get to the electrical receptacle that grabs. I feel like I could have done the job myself.

I stopped into the showroom on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Jamie who showed us around and answered all of our questions. After a few weeks we made a visit to the warehouse to look at actual slabs of granite. That same day Fernando came out to our house to measure and do a template. We made a decision on which granite we wanted and I made another trip to the warehouse to see the outline of the template on the actual pieces of granite we had chosen to make sure I liked the markings on those pieces. After all decisions were made we scheduled the installation for 10 days later. The installers did an AMAZING job with everything! The two seams are almost invisible and the fit of the countertops is perfect. We decided to use the plumber that BBG uses. We had to pay him extra to install a push button for the disposal which we knew about. However, he also charged us an additional $100 to install a new dishwasher which was supposed to be included in the reconnect price already factored in to the estimate. When I brought that to the attendion of Jamie, BBG was very accommodating in reducing our total bill by the $100 that I paid the plumber before he left our house. From start to finish Jamie was very helpful in answering all of our questions and the people in the warehouse were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BBG to anyone looking for a new granite countertop. All the way around they were great....Thank you, BBG!

We visited the showroom, went to the warehouse to pick our granite and Fernando came to our house to do the template. We were able to view the template directly on the pieces we selected. Once everything was confirmed we set the date. Two people came and ripped out the old countertops and installed the new granite. The workers did an awesome job with everything. I can barely see the two seams. All of the fitting and caulking they did was extremely well done. This company was so easy to work with and very accommodating all along the way. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

We are very happy with our granite counters. I've waited a while to write this review because we have had quite a bit of work done in our house with many different types of vendors. When we first went to BBG, Fernando, the owner I believe, suggested going with a slab that someone had ordered and not used at a very good price. We went with his suggestion. When the slab was being moved for cutting it was dropped and broke. Prior to making us aware of the what happened, Fernando contacted several stone importers and found an excellent replacement. He did everything he could to keep our project on schedule. At the time I was not happy about what happened but the company was very quick to address the problems, extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We've had many companies in our home during the last few months and they turned out to be one of the best.

Brazilian Best Granite did a great job installing our kitchen counter tops. I was able to go into their warehouse and pick out the exact piece they would use. The job was measured and installed beautifully.

We used BBG on two houses. With the first house, the installer completely missed the cut on the bar top, and tried to fill it with putty. We called and explained the situation and sent photos. They sent someone out to look, and they agreed it was a mistake, and ended up shifting the way the piece sits on the bar to look better but the cut is still slightly off and the counter top is slightly crooked. We decided to give them another chance, and this time the installer did a great job, but the piece they sent had large chips and scrapes throughout a 4" x 2" section of the counter top. Again, we contacted them and they came out and repaired the chips but the scrapes are still evident. They offered to come out again and try to repair it further but we declined and have just opted not to use them on our future projects. UPDATE: I looked back at the photos from the job and the kitchen in the first house was brand new and had normal, squared off walls around the bar top. The problem was not the wall but the templating and subsequent installation. The commitment to fixing the issues is commendable, but for the amount we were paying it was a bit suprising to have so many issues.

I liked them. Their quality of the product was good and they had a good collection. We could match it with what was already in the kitchen. They had the same granite and it matched perfectly. They came in and took their measurements. We were actually considering them on doing some renovations as well in terms of installing the cabinets and knocking down a wall but they weren’t as responsive on that so we didn’t go with them on that. But they did a good job on the countertops.

The men came to install our granite. They removed the old counter tops and sink and saved our faucet to be installed by the plumber the next day. They did a beautiful job. This company is so easy to work with and their price was very competitive.

We are very happy with our experience with BBG. They were very responsive and professional from beginning to end. We would definately recommend them.

My house sold just before I bought the granite. The staff at BBG wished me well and were incredibly nice, even though I didn't buy the granite for my counter tops.

They were marvelous. Everyone we dealt with there was a professional and were so great to deal with. The price was the best we had gotten anywhere. The quality was fantastic.

We did have a small issue with them cutting the granite from two different slabs, which they weren't supposed to do so we had to take the piece back. When we did that, they were very accommodating. We felt like they did what they weren't supposed but they did fix it afterwards. Make sure you inspect what you order before you bring it to him.

I like the guy but he just could not match and stain cabinets correctly and it ruined the whole experience for me .. we spent a lot of money on new appliances, granite tops and just wanted the cabinets refreshed .. instead we have cabinets we once loved that now look horrible.
