They were on schedule and that is very important because I am a very busy person. They did a very good job with the installation in my home. Their prices are great too. I never had a problem with their workers or the job they did.

We've been using ADT for the last twelve years. When we had a false alarm they called and responded instantly, we also had the smoke alarm go off and they responded to that the same way. The only complaint that I have with them is I have had to pry information out of them like the type of battery I could get anywhere for our system, which they'd rather charge for and replace.

ADT is a great company and the technician did a wonderful job. He took his time explaining things to me, and gave me a demonstration of the system. He was friendly, caring, polite and very focused on doing a good job. We feel ADT is concerned with our safety.

I chose ADT because of their well known name and good reputation to monitor my home. I have never had any false alarms or any reason to call them at all but I'm positive if or when I ever need them that they will do a good job.

Their response times have always been great and so have their prices. I do appreciate the regular service checks that are provided at no extra cost to me. I do not think I will be stopping their services anytime soon. I pay them on a quarterly basis.

They had a very good customer service. They responded promptly and would help out if you had any problem with your system. I believed we could count on them in case of an emergency and they were priced afford ably too, so it was not a bad deal at all.

They have been an okay monitoring service and my only real complaint was that their customer service department was in Texas. When the alarm goes off, the people in Texas responded and they contacted the law enforcement. That seemed to take a bit longer than it should. Other than that they have been a good company and I haven't found anything better yet.
