ADT Security Services

We've used ADT ever since they installed our alarm system about twenty years ago. We haven't had any false alarms, and they've checked up on it periodically to make sure that everything was working well.

I have been satisfied with ADT and have used them for a really long time now. After all this time, I can't say I have ever had a single problem with them. Our rates are a little lower because of the length of time we have stayed with them. I will probably always stick with them.

In the six years, we have used them to monitor our home alarm system. We have never had a break-in or false alarm. ADT is also linked to all of our local emergency departments which Is a big factor in using them. We are very happy with the service that we receive from ADT.

I think ADT is very effective. They have a very quick response time even though we have only set off our alarm by accident and they were real good about that too. They're real helpful and nice about it, but I'm sure they are used to it. They do a good job monitoring our homes system.

ADT haven't done anything to rate less than an A because their stickers on the windows and the sign in the yard has been a deterrent to the would be burglars. We haven't had to use their services and we feel secure in our home.

I have never had any alarms so I have never had a reason to call them but I do fell confident that if any thing were to ever happen, they would take care of it. Just knowing that such a highly reputable company is protecting my house, makes me feel safe.

Although we haven't had to see them in action, which we prefer, we felt they do a good job. Naturally, we feel very secure at home or whenever we are away on vacation. We are satisfied with their service.

I feel very safe having them monitor my home. When they came out they brought a lot of stickers and signs. They also explained everything I needed to know about using our system. They are very easy to get a hold of when I need to call and do my monthly security test. I do the monthly testing to make sure everything is running the way it should.

As far as I know they do a good job. I have never had to call them for any reason other then to ask a few questions. They were easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

The technician was prompt, and personable. Everything went well until he hit a water pipe while drilling for a wiring connection. He was very apologetic, and dealt with the problem by contacting his superiors, about compensating me for the repairs. This was done without problem, and the system has worked well for the entire time I have been living here. It was not done out of malice, and because they dealt with it quickly, and professionally, all is forgiven.

I love this company for their great service, kindness and courtesy. They did a very good job upgrading my system, showed me a demonstration and answered all my questions. The technician was very professional and polite and they make me feel safe and comfortable. They wear uniforms with an identification badge, and there is a phone number to call and check.

We have been fortunate to ADT Security Services monitor our home because of the size of our home and they put they put stickers on the windows to let others know that we are being monitored by ADT.

I feel very safe having ADT monitor my house because I know that they have a wonderful reputation. They gave me stickers in my windows for extra protection and I know that as soon as someone sees that, more then likely they will turn away. I have never had to call them thankfully but if I ever do need them I know I will be very happy with there service.

I have been using ADT since I moved into my new home many years ago. I honestly think their services are perfect. They do not overcharge me and they tend to keep me feeling very safe. I personally pay them monthly, but, they do offer other arrangements. Nothing bad has happened since I have had the system and they are periodically checking up on the system as well.

I like ADT we have used them before in another house. I never had a problem with my alarm system before. I like the workers every time they come to my home they are very nice to me. They are a good company to use.

They're pretty good as far as home security goes. They have good customer relations and we have been happy with them so far. Their prices could've been better as everyone is always looking for a better deal with prices being what they are, but overall we like ADT and have no complaints with them.

I set the alarm at all times and I feel safe knowing they are monitoring my home and I wouldn t want any other system.
