+ -1 moreWe were very pleased from beginning to end with the Rosenbaum Lending Group. Communications was direct and honest. They delivered results. Expertise was far superior.
Description of Work: If only we had found Bob at First Portfolio sooner, we would have saved alot of money (about $10K) and lots of stress. We had to close twice within a two month time frame. Our first lender at Wells Fargo could not close our loan with 45 days lead time. We did not find out until closing day that it could not fund. We were putting down almost 50% of the sales price of over $500K+. Our last resort was going with a high interest loan to quickly close and avoid losing the house and EMD. Shortly after November 5, 2012, we quickly looked to refinance. From our experience, this time we could not leave it to chance with one lender. After speaking with 4-5 lenders, we were told by two that we had to wait 6 months for seasoning requirements. We searched "portfolio" lenders and found 1st Portfolio and applied online. Bob was assigned to our case and what a true blessing it turned out to be. Of course, we were skeptical and did not high hopes after months of dealing with lenders. With our initial discussion with Bob, he was different in his analysis and assessment of our situation. My husband had started a new job this year and my 1099 situation was complex. He explained things and broke things down in ways that we have not already heard. With his high-level thinking, ingenuity, and results-oriented focus, he turned a challenging case into a closed one. When the appraisal was delayed due to the holidays and the appraisers' schedules, Bob/Kuntri did their best to follow-up and made sure we were not lost in the backlog. Throughout the entire process, Bob/Kuntri answered all our questions and concerns, by email or a phone call. Even outside of the Mon to Fri, 9-5 schedule, when we did not expect a reply, we got one. Their genuine dedication, patience, commitment, and professionalism should be the bench mark for every service industry.

+ -1 moreI used Angie's list to find a broker to refinamce my VA loan. Bob quoted me a rate Lower than the bank holding my existing home mortgage loan. Bob also honored the Angie's list coupon In his estimate and ptoperly reflected on the paperwork at closing. Bob also coordinated the selling of my loan to my previous provider for a rate a full percentage point lower with plenty of time to make my first payment ro the New loan provider. Bob's website made it easy to sign scan & Upload all documents which helped expedited the process. Also all papers were available to me prior to a title guy asking for my signature at closimg. A positive experience , the only comment I would offer is to have the title Guy allot Enough time for questions at closing and Don't tell me how you need to make your Next appointment. This was all diffused by Bob's presence at closing.
Description of Work: Very responsive and fast to setup refinance, Closed in 7 days! Bob showed up at closing to answer any questios. Definitely would recommend Bob for refinancing a VA streamline Loan (IRRRL).

When schedules changed, he contacted us in a timely manner with details of why things changed. If he didn't know the answer to our questions, he didn't make something up, he would find out and recontact us. His ability to represent his company business with a generous dose of warmth & understand made a very stressful transaction much easier.My husband and I have separately bought many homes and this was by far the best experience. We would definitely recommend Bob to someone seriously requiring mortgage assistance.

Bob impressed me right from the beginning as a "can-do" guy, willing to do whatever it took to take care of us, which made him stand out from the rest. He returned my calls promptly. He is very professional and ethical, not at all pushy, and good at explaining the process. He obviously loves helping people get the loan that's best for them, and brings a lot of enthusiasm to everything he does. Our rate was very competitive.
