Just fine. They are well within reason on price. In fact, better than a lot of others. Very fair. The personal service is what gives them the edge over any body. Bob Rosenbaum is the head of that group. By the time it's over, you feel like he's one of your best friends. He remembers every client he's ever had, he invites them to annual cookouts, and pool parties at his home. He follows up with you to make sure everything is still good. He knows how to keep a client and cultivate others and delivers.

Bob and his staff are simply the best. This is actually the second time Bob has assisted me with a mortgage and both times it has been a smooth and painless process. Bob offered assistance before my wife and me were even technically clients. When we were in the exploratory phase of buying and selling our house, Bob took time out of his busy day to answer preliminary questions. We are not talking about only a few minutes, but over the course of time, several hour long Q and A's. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all of the new information and changes that had occurred since I first bought my house in 2009. Additionally, Bob really thought outside the box in order to provide us with at least three different methods on how to structure the mortgage. Every time we asked for him to run the numbers, and there were many, he did it quickly and efficiently. The customer service we received was excellent. When possible, he responded himself to a question, if he did not have time, which was rare, another one of his staff members stepped in and discussed the matter with us. While we did have a few bumps in the road, none of them were attributable to Bob, but he often was able to remedy them by contacting the appropriate group and ensuring our needs were met. Bob also provides a generous discount for Angie's List members, his coupon alone makes it a great deal many times over. Bob is a true professional and received many compliments from our realtor. Overall, I highly recommend Bob. If my family needs a mortgage or refinance in the future, I will definitely call him!
