Description of Work: I contracted for eight double casement "Revere" replacement windows. Williamsburg Windows & Doors failed to provide useable screens. 15 months after the job was completed, useable screens have not been provided. The screens that came with the windows were LEMONS, not at all like the sample. Williamsburg Windows and Doors stated that the manufacturer's warranty would cover the screens. Fifteen months later, I'm still trying to get a set of screens that can be used. I do not recommend replacement window products by "Revere" and I do not recommend "Williamsburg Windows and Doors".
