It is unfortunate that a negative review has been left, as no service was performed for this individual. Loudoun Valley Floors gave her a referral to perform a service that we don't offer. Those two individuals did not connect and communicate. We can only hope that the reviews from clients that we have performed work for be taken in to consideration.

My records for the date indicated reflect that we cleaned a 5 x 8 area rug with heavy soiling at the cost of $50 and noted that some staining was permanent. Description of Work: Had a hardwood floor installed. Was not pleased with the hardwood strips. The majority of strips were short, as if they were remnants. Having waited to receive the 11 boxes, had them acclimated for a few days, and had the installation crew on site we felt we had to go forward with the install.

They're awesome! They were able to work me in their busy schedule. They came out and gave me an estimate. They did my carpeting in one day. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive carpet. The quality of their materials were top notch. I felt that they were very honest and trustworthy. They didn't leave any debris behind when they were done. The work was done while I was gone and they made sure to lock up the house when they left. They did a wonderful job. I've never worked with a carpeting company before and they talked me through the whole process. They were very helpful.
Description of Work: Loudoun Valley Floors took out the old carpeting in the upstairs of our home and installed new padding and carpeting in its place.

Overall, the whole thing went very well. The workers arrived both days on time and worked very quickly. They quickly unloaded all the materials and got to work right away. The first day, they worked all day till 5PM and only stopped for a brief lunch break. They accomplished quite a bit the first day. The second day, they came first thing in the morning and finished everything up before lunch time. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage the walls or furniture. Overall, it was a great experience.
Description of Work: Old carpeting and kitchen tile was removed and hardwood flooring was put. The wood floor was glued on top of the cork which was glued to the sub floor.

Installation went very well. Crew was prompt and professional and the new floors look great. There were some problems with scheduling the date of the installation work and settling the final bill. We did get it all straightened out after a few phone calls. They did provide a discount for the delay.
