Twenty year old tile. Looks great now. Considering redo of hardwood floors.

Needed to have the carpets in a townhouse that my dad had been renting professionally cleaned. Called and spoke to Phyllis who was friendly and helpful in estimating the cost and setting up a date for the work to be done - she was even able to give me an approximate time based on that day's schedule as I would be about 45 minutes away. She also said that the crew would call me about 30 minutes before to let me know they were on the way - and if I needed the extra 15 minutes the guys could "stop for coffee". After talking to her I was pretty confident that the estimated time would be accurate so I got to the house a little early and at about the same time got the call from Kyle that he was on his way and would be there in about 30 minutes. When Kyle arrived he walked through the house, went over the work to be done and then he and the other crew member quickly went to work. They were fast, efficient and worked well together. The carpets looked great and the price was very reasonable. Great customer service, an excellent job and a fair price - can't ask for anymore!

We've done many projects around our house, and I can honestly say that LVF has been the best company in the NOVA area that we've worked with. Throughout the entire process Louis and Laura were polite, prompt, and always explained everything to my wife and I on what to expect. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work was superb. In fact, a few weeks after the job was completed we had an issue with a board near the steps going down to the 1st floor. They had someone at our house within a few days who not only fixed the splintered board, but ended up giving us a new box of the flooring we used in case anything happened in the future. That kind of customer service is the reason why I'm writing this review, and will recommend LVF to anyone looking for new flooring/carpet. The installation process couldn't have been easier, Bucky & Noe did a tremendous job getting the work done. The job was done in 2 days, and the clean-up was excellent. I can't say enough good things on how this project went. LVF will be back in our home in a few years doing the hardwoods on our 1st floor - no question!

The carpets looked new when they finished cleaning. Cost of cleaning was very reasonable, too. They will be my carpet cleaners of choice from now on.

Everyone at Loudoun Valley Floors are a pleasure to do business with. Steve came out to give us an estimate and was wonderful! The carpet installers were very productive and extremely friendly. Bud came out a few days after the carpet was installed to do the carpet cleaning in the rest of the house. He was very thorough and so kind! We would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!!! Thank you!!!

My wife enjoyed working with the installers. They had great attitudes and did a fantastic job. They were prompt and she was able to leave them as she did some errands during the day. They left the place spotless. I would highly recommend this company for their work. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they will be the first place I call next time.

They were very good. I work in a design and specialty furniture store, and we do a lot of work with them. We recommend them because they are really good. I have not only had them do stuff in my home, but we also recommend them professionally and had extremely good results all the time with their work. Their pricing is good too. They win awards every year here in the county. So, people in the county know about them, but I guess I just think that they have good products. I like the carpeting they recommended and used. They have all kinds of flooring options and lots of carpeting. They just have a wide selection of products.

They were good. They came out quickly for the estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable. I believe it was around $3,500 for about 800-1,000 square feet of surface.

I had my 9x12 carpet cleaned and the old fringe removed. They did an excellent job, and the carpet looks like new. They arrived on time for pick-up and did the service in a timely manner. The carpet was also returned at the time specified. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them to family and friends.

They did a great job. The people they sent to do the work really one what they were doing. This was a one day job and we couldn't have been more pleased. You can find people who will do the job for a little less but the mix of price and quality was very reasonable.

All went very well. I recommend this company highly. Their customer service is outstanding over the phone and in person. I'm in the process of selling my home, (downsizing). They did a very nice job. It went real well. I appreciated their work. They were neat and they completed the job well. I would recommend them.

I knew they're a good company through word of mouth but I remember looking up the review and I would say they're A+ but to me, they're a little expensive because they do such a good job. The Angie's List discount which was 5% off helped make it a little bit more easier to swallow. There was a lot of job done. We moved some of the furniture ourselves but they moved it back. So we saved some money because we did a lot of the moving ourselves. I met with them a couple of times and they helped us through the process because I made the floors darker. We had to figure out what worked well with the furniture, would it meld with the staircase edges which are wood. So we wen through all that because there were some concerns. They were excellent. You have to go away when they start the job and when we came back, it was like wow.

Immediate response & installation. Outstanding customer service, product, installation & crew. Spent many hours with phone calls and bids from other companies. Don't need to waste that time again. We will be using them soon for Master Bed/Bath rennovations & upgrades; as well as rental units & office space. Hands Down, the Best of the Best. Five Stars Plus. Thank You Loudoun Valley Floors. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. Showed them the areas that needed restretching and they went to work. The project took them about 2 hours (moving furniture/stretching carpet) and each bedrooms looks GREAT. They put all the furniture back to their places and they vacuumed the rooms. The carpets look brand new and we thrilled about the job performed. I would recommend and use them in the future.

The team that came to my home were professional and fast! They moved all furniture and power stretched 3 rooms and a staircase. I was vert satisfied and will definitely use their services again!

The guys showed up on time and jumped right in. They did the laminate flooring and tile floor the first day and came back the next for the carpeting. The hardwood refinishing was scheduled for the next week. The guys were efficient, careful and very skilled. Funny too. After everything was finished the first floor looked totally different. Amazing!! We will get the second floor done next year, replacing the existing laminate with the same they installed in the breakfast nook. The basement we be done by them too. Thanks guys!!

They quickly came out and took measurements and provided a very competitive quote. There was a slight change in plans with dropping off the flooring (due to the snow) but it was all handled very professionally. On the day of installation the team showed up on time and knocked out the project faster than I thought possible. They were all very friendly and professional too. I will go with the again in the future.

My daughers did their nails and didn't close the nail polish bottle properly. My dog got ahold of the bottle, and spilled bright pink nail polish all over my beige carpet in a highly visible area. At least half of the bottle was spashed over a large area. I called Loudoun Valley immediately and they worked me in and arrived with a few hours of my call. They were able to completely remove the pink nail polish and leave my carpet looking spectacular. This is the third time we have had Loudoun Valley out on an emergency basis and they have managed to remove the stain each time. I highly recommend them.

The crews were polite and for the most part accommodating. They came and left on time. The floors took an extra day than planned due to the polyurethane drying time on the stairs (we had to juggle the stairways drying time so we could use the main level). I had one issue with dust, because they were sawing and sanding in the house, but once I asked them to do it outside on my deck the problem was resolved (the floors were pre-finished, but they had to rebuild the stairways by hand and those boards required sanding). I had a few issues with the molding under the stairway boards, not fitting tightly, but they came back today, replaced it all with a smaller size and it looks great. The stairs are not perfect (to my eye:), but the original stairs they had to replace were poorly done to begin with and it made their job a challenge. So the bottom line is that the site manager Bucky did a great job of organizing the crews, I had his cell number in case any issues came up, he always called if there was a delay and when they came back to fix a couple of minor problems he oversaw everything. I love the floors, great quality and overall they did a great job, and they were more than willing to come back and correct any of the minor issues that came up. do's: if you have asthma or allergies make sure you ask them up front to saw and sand as much as possible outside. I would definitely recommend using Loudoun valley Floors.

Had a measurement taken. Randy helped me select a floor that would tie in with my current hardwoods. Contract signed and installation was scheduled quickly. The crew did a wonderful job!

They did really great work. They were very courteous and prompt, and they had great pricing.
